Lektion 1
Starting The Day With Self-Love
How do you start your day? This is a major indication as to how your day will flow. We are all creatures of habit and if you get into the best habit of the day, starting your day right, the rest of the day will move beautifully into a day of love and abundance. We use tools from these lessons each day to implement and start exercising your heart and soul to make your day a much better experience and change the old self-doubt into self-love and encouragement. Today we will use our first of 10 power affirmations to say throughout today, after doing our visualisation practice and writing points to go over in our journal.

Understanding What You Really Want
When we are dealing with deep self-doubt, we need to explore what we really want?
Finding out what we truly want is the beginning of finding out how to cultivate more self-love, even through the doubts that come up every day. Without knowing what we want, we can float from day to day without really having a clear direction of how, not only to get it, but how to make everything better in your life. After doing a meditation asking for answers and the practical step of working on doing some exploring of what you want in your journal, then we can use the power affirmation in this
lesson to dig deep put into action what we truly desire, then work on getting that.
Lektion 3
Self-Doubt & Removing Blockages
Changing self-doubt can be something that blocks all the good that can flow into our lives, we need to change the self-doubt to one of releasing feelings and obstacles that are holding us back. We all have blockages. But trying to move on without dealing what is holding us back can hinder all the self-love we try to grow. So in this lesson we do some work, addressing our doubts and finding out what is really holding us back, and use a powerful visualisation to help make a shift straight away. Also you will get your day's power affirmation to work with.
Lektion 4
How Can We Be Perfect
In this session we deal with our perception of perfection and how we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. We address the external, unattainable perfection all around us and
learn to accept ourselves just as we are, knowing we are a one of a kind masterpiece. Today we will use our meditation to work on expressing our internal perfection to give us a daily dose of peace and loving kindness. In addition, our power affirmations for today and writing points which we will go over in our journal will help the process of releasing that self-doubt surrounding perfection.
Lektion 5
Let's Give That Child A Hug
Your inner child is the little child that lives in your heart, an expression of not only your child-like self, but of all the life experiences you have had up to now. Making sure your inner child is happy can be a source of inner guidance and great strength when you need it the most. This session has exercises you can use daily to not only understand how to heal your inner child but also to bring back some fun into your life. Letting go of self-doubt and getting in touch with your fun side, your inner child. Using your journal today to write the emotions that came up for you in addition to the power affirmation to use for the day will bring you a better sense of peace and fun.
Lektion 6
Let's Look In The Mirror
Mirror work is a very effective way to learn how to love yourself. The mirror reflects how you truly feel about yourself. How you react when you say affirmations while looking into a mirror will tell you straight away what you need to work on.
Doing mirror work is very powerful, not only does it show us clearly all the self-doubts we have about ourselves but it directly reflects the emotions that are lying just beneath the surface. There is no hiding or deflecting. In this lesson you will learn how to release self-doubt and just love yourself by facing your fears and yourself in the mirror and the simple but very effective exercises will start to grow self-love every day. Today it is mirror time and you will do this exercise daily to comfort any doubts or fears you have about yourself and start to tackle them.
Lektion 7
Negative Self-Talk Equals Self-Doubt
When you have a lot of self-doubt in your life, it leads to a lot of negative self-talk. Things we say to ourselves every day that can leave us in a state of confusion and pain. We all have a constant commentary running in our heads and a lot of that consistent commentary can be not only negative but also very damaging. We will explore what this is and how we unconsciously do it, while learning how to identify where we can change it and what to replace it with. This lesson will show us how to identify our self-talk by writing it down in our journal, and how to change it with easy exercises of journaling our feelings that can be done daily. Today after doing our visualisation meditation, we will use our power affirmations throughout today to turn that negative self-talk around instantly.
Lektion 8
Am I Enough?
Self-doubt can be instrumental in deep feelings that we are not enough. Most of us have those feelings of not being enough, feelings that we should be better, or that we will never be good enough for anything in our lives. This pushes all the love we have for ourselves away and makes us always feel like we are inadequate. We will learn that we can and are actually good enough, just he way we are. In this lesson we will do a powerful visualisation practice. it shows us how to make sure we accept our greatness and our power affirmation for the day, to use through this day to actually start changing our state straight away.

Changing Self-Doubt Into Positive Affirmations
Self-doubt can be with us all the time, but using affirmations can change things around right away. Affirmations are positive statements that can help you overcome negative thoughts. They help foster a positive mental attitude that can help you to achieve great success in your life. They have profound effects on the conscious and unconscious mind. Once you believe in them you will see positive changes in your life. In this lesson you will learn that affirmations are powerful. They really do work.
The practical tools you take away today are the list of power affirmations to use daily, and the feeling and passion you put behind them makes them really effective. You will write them in your journal or anywhere you will see them often, so you can go back to them at any time for a quick boost throughout the day.
Lektion 10
Releasing Doubt & Celebrating Who You Are
This is the final day of the course and brings together all the aspects of releasing and reducing self-doubt and replacing the thoughts with self-love techniques talked about in the previous days.
Cultivating self-love is an ongoing process and with the tools you have from this course you can get started straight away with changing your state from one of doubt to one of growing self-love immediately. It’s a journey that will take time, but it is well worth it. For our final day you will do a powerful meditation and also have a list of things you can do, right now, to celebrate who you are without the self-doubt.
You get a full feeling of how to implement these practices in your everyday life and you will be able to see changes from the start.
