The Big 50
This is no ordinary gratitude practice. Unlike the boring old ‘Write a list of the things you are grateful for’ activity, this one goes so much deeper. Together, we’re going to create a bumper list of 50 (Yes, 50!) and their corresponding feeling states.

Put It To Work
Time to put that bumper list into action! We’re going to dive into an embodiment practice so that you know exactly what to do with your list. We don’t want it to become something in your journal that you ignore.

Morning Vibe
Gratitude begets gratitude so together we’re going to establish your vibe for the day ahead. When we cultivate deep feelings of gratitude in the morning, we infuse our day with those vibrations. As the name suggests, I suggest you do this one in the morning.

Today, we’re working with the elements by weaving them into our gratitude practice. In this lesson, you’ll learn a quick and easy way to incorporate the elements into your gratitude practice on the go.
