Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and let it go with a sigh.
Breathing in again and letting it go.
One more time,
Breathing in and on the exhale letting go,
Letting go,

Let your heart expand,
Breathing in and out of your heart.
Imagining that your breath carries with it a beautiful light.
Noticing the colour of the light as you continue to breathe.
Perhaps you may sense that light moving through your body,
Into the heart,
To the top of your head,
To the tips of every finger and every toe.
Opening your heart and allowing the light in.
As you deepen your breath,
You open yourself up to receive in this glorious moment.
Allow the breath to lengthen.
Allow your body to relax.
Allow your mind to become still.
Taking another deep breath in and then letting that breath go with an audible sigh out through your mouth.
