Lektion 1
Identify: Meeting Stress With Awareness
In this first step of the 5-Step Emotional Alchemy process, you’ll learn how to recognise stress honestly without suppressing, analysing, or trying to fix it immediately. This lesson focuses on emotional awareness — helping you notice what you’re actually feeling so that we can actually proceed to *do something* productive with the stress, to begin responding to stress with more clarity, presence, and steadiness.
Lektion 2
Belief In Change: Allowing Emotional Flexibility
Stress can sometimes make us feel emotionally stuck — as if it’s inevitable or impossible to change. In this lesson, you’ll explore how gently opening to the possibility of change can create emotional flexibility and reduce internal tension. Oliver introduces the theory behind this step of the Emotional Alchemy process, followed by a guided practice designed to help you create space for greater calm and stress reduction.
Lektion 3
Support & Surrender: Letting Go Of Carrying Everything Alone
Stress often feels personal- it induces a state of responsibility. We believe we must carry everything alone. In this lesson, you’ll explore how allowing support — whether internal, symbolic, or spiritual — can reduce emotional strain and create space for greater calm. The lesson includes both theory and a guided practice to help you release unnecessary emotional pressure.
Lektion 4
Imagining Future Calm: Using Anticipatory Gratitude To Relax
In this lesson, you’ll explore step 4 — how using our imagination and anticipatory gratitude can support real stress reduction and emotional change. Rather than forcing positivity, this step helps you envision calm realistically, creating openness to stress reduction and emotional balance through guided practice. You'll learn about the reasons and benefits of doing this, and then experience a guided practice.
Lektion 5
"Closing The Loop": Real-Time Gratitude To Reinforce Calm
In this final step of the Emotional Alchemy process, you’ll explore how real-time gratitude helps stabilise emotional change. You'll learn how to recognize moments of calm and peace, and how to celebrate those moments as they happen. Oliver explains how this step supports long-term emotional balance and lasting emotional resilience.
