To the sensitive people There'll be many of you will be that now.

I'm certainly one of them.

The whole idea of sustaining myself through competing through fighting through eating through consuming it's a good thing when you start to unsubscribe from all the rules and all the structures of physical incarnation it shows that A non-physical aspect of you wants to take off and.

Be Unchained But you can't have one or the other in this life.

You can't unsubscribe from life.

So what you have to do is you still have to earn a living.

You still have to eat food.

But there is a way,

There's a method that you can live that way and do it to the best of your ability.

And that is the kind of lifestyle that I promote,

Which consists of a physical practice,

Looking after your body,

Choosing what you wish to consume and not consume.

Preferably leaning towards lighter foods.

Over heavier foods think of foods on a macro level on what they what does the food you eat represent does the food you eat represent floaty ethereal light Or does it represent earthly?

I'm a beast of this earth.

I'm a beast of.

I can't be bothered to finish that.

Spiel think about the foods and drinks that you consume do they subscribe to the spiritual aspect of your being Or do they subscribe to a more earthly?

Try and experiment with your diet.

So that the foods and drinks which you consume lean more towards.

A spiritual aspect to your being.

You cannot not eat,

You have to consume This is one of the rules of life.

If you fast for too long,

You'll lose too much weight and your body will become depleted and the physical body will get hurt.

Fasting can be used occasionally if you wish it's up to you But the ideal is a middle path where you have you have.

Sustenance but lightness sustenance but lightness you have a physical incarnation but you're not too bogged down in weight and muscle and earthly And then on the non-physical side of things,

The mental,

Emotional,

Spiritual,

You have a practice.

You have a practice.

Emphasis on the word practice.

It's something which you repeat.

Throughout your life to keep your non-physical essence permeating your being.

That can be prayer,

That can be meditation,

That can be mindfulness.

That can be journaling.

The best one is meditation and mindfulness.

But you need both.

Physical nurturing and the non-physical nurturing.

You combine those two.

And that's when you have a package that can take you through life where you don't necessarily subscribe to all the rules of the density and the fighting and the consuming and the taking.

That is life and you find a balance.
