Lektion 1
Understanding The Fire Element's Role In Shoulder Pain
This lesson explores the Small Intestine and Triple Warmer meridians - the primary channels influencing shoulder, neck and upper back tension. You will learn how these pathways move Qi through the shoulder region and why blockages here often lead to pain and restricted movement. Understanding these meridians will help you apply acupressure more effectively to release tension, improve circulation and support lasting shoulder relief.
Lektion 2
Acupressure Points For Shoulder Pain Relief
Now, we get to work with points in support of releasing blockage in the small intestine and triple warmer/burner meridians. The points we use are small intestine 3, triple warmer 14, tripler warmer 15. We close with a technique to release flight, fight and freeze from the shoulder region.
Lektion 3
Clearing Emotional Aspects Related To Shoulder Pain
For every physical pain there are connected emotions. In this lesson we unblock the neuro-emotional point of the small intestine meridian which is found in a deep spot of the shoulder joint. There are a few ways to work with releasing this area and the relaed discomfort.
