Greetings everyone.
This is Jess with JessBeInspired and today's meditation is to help you release with the energy of a full moon.
I hope that this meditation serves you well and keeps you staying inspired.
Let's begin wherever you are to get as comfy as possible and take a nice deep breath in through your nose and gently letting that go out through your mouth.
On your next inhale gently close your eyes breathing in and letting that breath go.
Now let's get into a cycle of long deep breathing by slowly breathing in for the count of five.
Exhaling out to the count of six.
Let's do this two times together.
Slowly breathing in for the count of five.
And slowly letting that breath go to the count of five.
And gently letting that breath go to the count of six.
And last time slowly breathing in for the count of five.
And gently letting that go to the count of six.
And gently letting that go to the count of six.
Now just letting your breath float and flow in and out.
Let's begin in your mind's eye now.
Starting to envision an image of a full moon.
Seeing this full moon illuminate a beautiful night sky.
Seeing it's glow radiate and expand.
This beautiful full moon starts to inspire you.
Release no longer is serving you.
This precious moment.
You start to feel your physical body.
In this moment ask yourself what would you like to release your physical body.
Breathing anything that comes.
Exhaling it out.
Letting it just move through your physical body.
Now taking that even further.
Asking yourself what emotions.
Limiting you to connect with your highest self.
Just allow yourself to honor anything that comes through.
Letting it just move through your physical body.
Just allow yourself to honor anything that comes through with every breath out.
Honor it as a release.
Feeling those feelings.
Those limitations.
Your exhale.
Allowing yourself to feel more present with your highest self.
Now begin to ask yourself what thoughts,
Ideas.
What are you holding on to?
You'd like to just release.
Surrender.
In this sacred moment.
With every thought in,
Allowing yourself to surrender that thought or idea on your exhale.
Let's take this even further.
Simply repeating mantra moksha.
Sanskrit means liberation.
Freedom.
Moksha.
Allowing yourself to settle in to this release.
Into your liberation.
Tap into your freedom.
Allowing yourself to silently repeat moksha.
About a minute or so here.
Now let's breathe in all of that moksha.
And gently letting that go.
Last time,
Breathing it.
Celebrating that release in your heart.
Exhaling that out.
Let's just take that one step further.
Planting an intention that speaks to your liberation.
Speaks to your freedom.
Let's just plant that intention with this beautiful full moon energy.
It's beautiful,
Bright glow.
Breathing that in.
Gently letting that go.
