Transkription
Healing Hurt One of the great illusions of life is that others can cause our hurt feelings.
They can,
But only when we believe we are only physical beings and therefore only have physical feelings.
But the majority of the time hurt feelings are emotions and emotions are not physical.
They are disturbances in our consciousness that begin as anger,
Sadness or fear.
And no one else is ever responsible for our emotions.
Hence the saying,
It is not what you say or do that makes me feel this way.
It's what I do with what you say or do that makes me feel this way.
This simply means every hurt feeling from the past is entirely self created and all forgiveness needs to be directed towards oneself.
Or if we are not connecting well with someone because of hurt feelings from the past encounter,
It means we have not yet realized it wasn't them,
It was me.
Not easy to see in a world set up to teach and sustain the opposite.
Now see yourself as a being of pure awareness.
A being of light.
And visualize that you are receiving the healing light of love from the supreme being.
And let that light come down upon you like a shower,
Completely drenching you,
The soul with this healing light.
And let that light enter every crevice,
Nook and cranny within the soul.
Let it flush out any dark space where you've hidden away some hurt,
Resentment,
Anger,
Sadness.
Until all there is left is light.
Notice how you feel right now.
Thank you.
