Good morning,

Good afternoon,

Good evening,

Good night.

Welcome once again to time out.

That time we take especially for ourselves to settle into a place of calmness and clarity and stillness where we can gather our strength,

Body,

Mind and our emotions.

Welcome to journey four.

So let's start as usual with the triggers to tell our body it is time to settle.

Remember to count to four for the breath in and to seven for the breath out and perhaps see the numbers in color or the words.

So a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

In between just settle back into normal rhythm.

Once again a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

And once more on this time close your eyes.

A deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

And as you take yourself now to that place behind your eyes the screen of your mind opens and you are standing on a high plateau overlooking the countryside.

It is late afternoon.

The sun is setting beyond the distant hills and you can see valleys and plains and perhaps cities,

Rivers or the sea as the sun sets and the sky darkens and it's that beautiful sense of stillness that comes with evening.

And in the evening sky there is a distant figure flying towards you.

As it comes closer you realize it is a flying horse,

White,

Closer,

Mane and tail flowing,

Gentle wings,

Beautiful soft white wings.

This is Pegasus.

He lands lightly beside you and you feel safe and you feel a gentleness and calmness about him and he invites you to sit between his wings on his broad soft back.

He's comfortable there and you feel so safe.

His mane is soft beneath your hands.

Just hold on lightly,

Relaxed,

Safe.

Feel the warmth and strength of him flow through into your body.

And there is that gentle liftoff,

Barely moving.

His wings gently moving up and down.

You feel safe and comfortable.

As you move higher and higher and the plateau and the land beneath you becomes smaller and smaller.

A light breeze gently blows your hair and touches your cheek as you move deeper into the azure sky.

Setting clouds soft,

Their whiteness colored by the setting sun.

Higher and higher.

Safe,

Relaxed,

Totally at ease.

And then you are drifting down,

Down.

And as you look ahead,

You are drifting down towards an oasis in the sky where there is a large field surrounding a lagoon.

This beautiful looking place and you can see as you drift down closer a gathering of people on the lawns and colors.

A rainbow of colors throughout the lawn.

Breathing down now until Pegasus lightly settles on the ground and you find yourself at an entrance gate.

Quite an unusual entrance gate.

Notice the color,

The texture.

And there is an attendant there with a jar and what looked like balloons.

But before you can enter,

You have to put your thoughts,

Your concerns,

Things that you might be planning or worrying about into the jar.

So just put them there now,

You'll be able to get them later,

One by one.

Just put them all in that jar and notice how much lighter you already feel.

And the attendant offers you a range of these colored balloons,

All colors.

And the color that attracts you most is the color you need now.

So take the balloon and you realize it's actually a ball of light.

Hold it gently in your hands and the entrance gate will open for you.

And you can walk through to that vast expanse of lawn dotted with colored lights and people.

And you'll see there are chairs or rugs.

And I'd like you now to choose a vacant chair or rug.

And settle yourself on it.

Sit and face the lagoon.

Your place,

A special place shared by many in absolute peace,

Stillness and calmness.

And you can watch the sun set across the water of the lagoon.

Tiny stars start to appear,

Hundreds of them drifting between you all seated there on the grass.

Something around you massaging your shoulders.

Gentle stars,

Little points of energy massaging your shoulders.

And your neck.

And your head.

And you can feel the tension rise from you and flow from you into the balloon of light.

And as it rises from you,

You feel lighter and the balloon expands.

Tresses,

Tension,

Fear,

Anxieties rising from you with a gentle massage into the balloon of light.

Leaving you feeling much lighter.

Surrounded by this beautiful sense of calmness and peace.

And as the sun fully sets now,

Let go of your balloon of light.

Watch it and all those other balloons of light rise.

Rise into the sky,

Twinkling,

Dispersing,

Becoming lighter as they rise.

You becoming lighter as they rise.

That feeling of absolute peace.

Letting them all rise.

And stand now.

Stand and form a circle around the lagoon with all those other people.

Take the hands of those on either side of you and feel the sense of togetherness,

Support and strength flow from you to them,

From them to you.

This incredible sense of oneness,

Of support.

Light,

Strong,

Peaceful,

Love.

That magical essence of love.

Complete ease and peace.

Now it's time as everyone else just fades away to make your way back to the gate where Pegasus is waiting for you.

And if you want to collect any of those thoughts from the jar,

You may.

But you may not need them anymore.

And just lightly get back on Pegasus back and sit between those soft white wings and let him gently bring you back through the night sky.

To that high plateau where you started overlooking the world.

Remember to thank him and as you bring yourself back,

Bring back that peace,

That stillness,

Clarity and calmness and love.

Bring back to your place,

Your time and space.

Bringing yourself all the way back now.

And just lightly just open your eyes and notice what a difference a little time out makes.

So all the best for your day or night.

And I'll be here again next time for journey five.

The better it is and the more easily you can drop into that beautiful place within of calmness and peace.
