Experience the magic combination of meditation and hands-on reiki to clear, re-energise and balance your emotional energy fields, providing healing for your body, mind and spirit.

Raky Meditation Raky is a hands-on healing process that works by clearing and recharging our emotional energy fields.
Our emotions directly influence our physical and mental self.
If one's energy is low,
Then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed.
And if it is high,
We are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Many people naturally use Raky to comfort a physically or emotionally hurt personal animal.
It can be used to treat yourself or others.
Administer it with love.
The energy flows in through the hands,
Clearing the blocked energy paths of our emotions,
Enhancing the body's natural healing ability and promoting wellbeing and balance.
It's rather like recharging the batteries in your hands-free devices and re-tuning your radio stations.
The hand positions frequently match our energy centers.
Meditation and Raky are perfect companions.
And today I'd like you to combine both.
So if you haven't already,
Make sure you are really comfortable either sitting or lying.
And gently close your eyes.
Take a few full breaths in and long,
Slow breaths out.
Feel the weight of your body settle into the surface supporting you.
And bring your hands palm to palm,
Lightly running together.
Feel the warmth and the tingle of energy in your fingers and palms.
Picture a soft,
White light entering your body through the crown of your head and flowing down into your hands.
Feel the heat and energy intensify.
Imbue this energy as love.
Now,
Lightly place your hands flat on either side of your solar plexus,
The tips of your fingers touching.
Feel the warmth and the tingle of your body and flowing down into your hands.
Feel the touch,
Feel the energy,
Which may be warm or cool.
There is nothing more to it than feeling.
The tips of your fingers touching.
Focus your attention on this point.
Feel the warmth and the tingle of your body and flowing down into your hands.

Feel the touch,
Feel the energy,
Which may be warm or cool.
Just notice them and let them come and go.
Softly breathe into your solar plexus.
Picture the energy flowing in.
At times you may feel the energy in your hands intensify or fade.
There is no right or wrong.
Just be there.
Now,
When changing hand positions,
We always maintain contact with the body.
So,
Gently lift one hand and place it across one side of your navel and then your other hand opposite it,
Your fingers lightly touching.
Focus your attention on this point.
Feel the touch,
Feel the energy,
Which may be warm or cool.
You may notice a difference in the energy being drawn into this part of your body.
It may be stronger or weaker,
Warmer or cooler.
There is nothing to do but fear.
How are your relationships?
Do you have a good relationship with someone you don't know?
Be aware of any emotions you may experience or thoughts that may arise.
Just notice them and let them come and go.
Softly breathe into your navel.
Picture the energy flowing in.
You may feel the energy from your hands intensify or fade.
You may notice a difference in the energy being drawn into your body.
You may notice a difference in the energy being drawn into your body.
There is no right or wrong.
Just be there.
Be aware.
As before,
Gently lift one hand and place it on one side of your lower abdomen,
Angled downwards towards your left.
Feel the energy being drawn into your body.
Focusing on your attention.
Feel the touch,
Feel the energy Angle downward towards the center.
Lift the other hand and place it next to it,
Your fingers touching at the middle.
Focus your attention on this point.
Feel the touch.
Feel the energy which may be warm or cool.
There may be an increase or decrease in energy.
This is fine.
Your body knows how much it requires.
What are your strengths?
Be aware of any emotions you may experience or thoughts that may arise.
Just notice them and let them come and go.
Softly breathe into your lower abdomen.
Picture the energy flowing in.
You may feel the energy from your hands intensify or fade.
There is no right or wrong.
Just be there.
Allow your attention to encompass your whole lower body.
Feel the energy flowing between the positions.
Now,
One hand at a time,
Place your hands one over the other on your heart.
Tune into its beat.
Feel the energy flow in and expand.
Feel it enter all the chambers.
Are you love?
Don't force an answer.
Watch your thoughts and emotions.
Let them come and go no matter how strong or weak they may be.
Allow the life force energy to flow freely from the universe through your hands into your heart.
Focus on the love contained within it.
Breathe into your heart.
Try to match it to them.
Now,
One hand at a time,
Wrap your hands lightly either side of your neck,
Just under your jaw.
Rest your jaw into your hands.
Feel the energy throbbing your pulse.
Focus your attention on this point.
Observe the energy.
Do speak with honesty.
Be aware of any emotions you may experience or thoughts that may arise.
Just notice them and let them come and go.
Breathe into your neck.
Relax into the energy.
Gently release your hands and one at a time,
Cup them over your closed eyes.
Allow any images,
Colors,
Lights,
Thoughts,
Ideas to come and go.
Drift into the space.
Feel the energy,
Especially from your fingers,
Flow into your head.
What do you see?
Let any thoughts or images just come and go.
Breathe in and out into your eyes.
Now,
One hand at a time,
Cup your temples with your fingers spread either side of the crown of your head.
Tune into the energy in your palms and fingers and your pulse beating in your temples.
Be aware of any changes.
What are you thinking?
Just watch any thoughts drift and come and go.
We've almost finished.
Transfer your cupped hands to your ears.
Focus your attention here.
Relax into the feeling of the energy flowing into your ears.
Listen carefully.
What do you hear?
Be aware of any emotions you may experience or thoughts that may arise.
Just notice them and let them come and go.
Softly breathe into your ears.
Picture the energy flowing in and filling the cavities of your head.
You may feel the energy from your hands intensify or fade.
There is no right or wrong.
Just be there.
Allow the emotions and thoughts to ebb and flow.
Do not attach to them nor judge them nor change them.
Just watch them.
Feel the energy flowing between them,
Creating harmony and balance.
One last move.
One hand at a time.
Place your hands at the nape of your neck at the base of your head.
One hand over the other.
Rest your head into your hands and sink into the comfort of this position.
Relax deeply.
Follow the energy as it flows through all the parts of your body.
Allow the Reiki principles to flow with the energy.
Just for today I will give thanks for my many blessings.
Just for today I will let go of worry.
Just for today I will let go of anger.
Just for today I will let go of fear.
I will do my work honestly.
Just for today I will be kind to all living creatures.
This completes the meditation and Reiki treatment.
Bring your mind to your heart and just rest here for a moment before slowly bringing yourself back to this time and this place.
It's time now to open your eyes.
Take your time and make sure that you drink some water.
And in the next few days as the clearing continues you may find yourself experiencing changes of emotions.
This is quite natural.

This is a very soothing meditation, and a very powerful Reiki session. Her explanation of Reiki is also very helpful to people who may not be familiar with it. And her voice is so soothing, I think I would enjoy listening to her read the explanation of my household utilities bill π
