Let's start each day in a positive way.

It's easy.

Just follow these five steps.

Step one.

When you wake up,

Ask yourself,

Am I alive?

If the answer is yes,

Say thank you.

Step two.

Simply scan your body inside and out.

Thank all the parts that are working.

Step three.

Choose your attitude.

It will define your day.

Step four.

Smile.

Step five.

Now,

As they say,

Make your day.

Stay cool,

Calm,

And collected.
