Down to the fingers,

Go into every cell in your body.
Heart slows,
Mind slows,
Breath slows.
Now lengthen into your being.
Breathe softly.

Allow yourself to unfold.
Let the body soften,

Allow your senses to draw down their guard.

Allow colours.
