I want to welcome you and thank you for joining me in this moment of stillness and connection with this new meditation,
Create a Beautiful Dream.
Find yourself a quiet spot where you can be undisturbed for a little while,
Somewhere where you can sit your phone or device down and pop your earphones in and get comfortable.
You might like to sit with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor.
Or maybe you'd rather put your feet up.
Go with whatever feels best for you.
If you'd rather lie down,
That's totally fine too.
Find and choose a place where you don't usually sleep,
So that it's easier to stay awake throughout this meditation.
Make sure that you're warm enough,
So maybe grab a cozy blanket if you need one.
And then,
Just let yourself settle in and allow my voice to gently guide you.
Close your eyes softly when you're ready and begin to drop into the moment.
Notice how your body feels.
Become aware of any thoughts floating around.
And gently bring your attention to your breath.
There's no need to change anything,
Just notice your breathing.
Feel the cool air coming in through your nose as you breathe in,
And the warm air leaving as you breathe out.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose.
Slowly release it through your mouth.
Let's do this again.
Inhale deeply,
And exhale gently.
With each breath,
Allow your body to sink deeper into relaxation.
Allow your shoulders to soften,
Your face to relax.
And let your hands rest easily.
There's nowhere to go,
And nothing to do.
Just be here now,
Present with yourself.
Feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you.
Let your awareness move gently down through your body,
From your crown,
To your hips,
To your legs,
And finally to the soles of your feet.
Imagine golden roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Deep into the earth.
With each breath,
You become more grounded and more supportive.
You are safe.
You are held.
And you are here.
And now I'd like to invite you to bring your awareness to your breath.
There's no need to change anything.
Just absorb.
And breathe in.
Notice the inhale,
Cool,
Soft,
Flowing.
Notice the exhale,
Warm,
Calm,
Flowing out.
With each breath,
You come home to yourself.
Your nervous system softens,
Your mind grows quiet,
And your heart opens.
Now,
In this peaceful space,
Begin to reflect gently on the words you speak,
To others,
And to yourself.
Your word is not just sound,
It is creation.
Every word carries intention.
Every word plants a seed.
Take a deep breath and hear this truth.
Your word can create the most beautiful dream.
Or your word can destroy everything around you.
Let these words land within you.
Consider for a moment the power of your voice.
The power of your inner dialogue.
The conversations you have are loud and silent.
When you speak with love,
What happens?
When you speak with fear or judgement,
What follows?
Let yourself witness without judgement.
Only observe with kindness.
This is your moment to realign.
This is your moment to choose impeccability.
And this is your moment to create beauty,
Love,
And heaven on earth through your word.
Now bring your hands gently to your heart,
And feel the warmth of your touch.
Whisper inwardly or aloud,
My word is sacred.
I speak with kindness and truth.

Feel the vibration of each affirmation.
Allow these words to settle into your being,
Like nourishing drops of honey.
Let your heart receive this blessing.
And now I'd like to invite you to gently begin to imagine.
You are standing in a wide open field beneath a soft sky.
The earth is rich and fertile beneath your feet.
In your hand you hold a basket of seeds.
Each seed is a word,
A thought,
A truth.
As you walk slowly through the field,
You plant these seeds gently into the earth.
Words like love,
Trust,
Gentleness.
With every word you speak aloud or inwardly,
A flower begins to bloom.
The field comes alive with color,
With fragrance,
And with harmony.
This is your garden.
This is your beautiful dream.
Breathe in the beauty you've created.
Breathe in the life of your words made real.
You are the dreamer.
You are the creator.
You are the speaker of sacred words.
Let this vision remain with you.
When you feel ready,
Gently start coming back to the here and now.
Back into your body.
Back into the room.
And back into your awareness.
Take up space again in the world around you.
This moment is yours.
As you return to the present,
Allow yourself to say yes to the lovely feelings that are still with you.
That sense of peace,
Joy,
And calm.
Let them stay with you and grow as you go through the rest of your day.
And remember,
You can choose to keep feeling this way.
Take a deep breath in and gently let it go when you're ready.
With your eyes still closed,
Just notice what you can hear around you.
Notice how your body feels.
Notice the surface beneath you.
Where your feet are resting.
And the feeling of your clothes against your skin.
Start and move just a little.
Maybe with your toes and your fingers.
Roll your shoulders and gently move your head from side to side.
Let yourself become more and more present.
Welcome these calm,
Joyful and comforting feelings to stay with you.
Today and beyond.
Take one more deep breath and let it go when you're ready.
And when the moment feels right,
Gently open your eyes.
Take a bit of time before moving.
Stay seated for a moment.
Look around the room.
Notice a few things near you.
And when you're ready,
You can get up and carry on with your day.
Bringing the goodness you've just experienced with you.
And letting it stay with you throughout.
Maybe you may now want to journal about what came up for you.
