A 3-minute practice of finding well-being in the body. Attention is often drawn to the difficulties in our experience, but we can develop the habit of also giving attention to wellbeing. When attended to, it will often grow, and we can become skilled at letting it fill the whole space of the body. All this is helpful for cultivating the meditative states described by the Buddha where there is a deep absorption in different flavors of well-being and happiness (samadhi/dhyana).
