Begin this meditation seated or standing.
With soft wrists and fingers,
Gently tap your entire head and face.
When you reach your eyes,
Instead of tapping,
Gently massage your eyelids in sweeping motions.
Tap the front of your neck and throat too.
Lower your hands and feel the energy and sensations present at the face,
Head,
And neck.
Then,
Gently tap your head and feel the energy and sensations present at the face.
Then,
Gently tap your head and feel the energy and sensations present at the face.
Make a soft fist with your right hand by placing your thumb on the inside of your fingers.
Outstretch your left arm,
Palm facing down,
And gently thump the upper part of your arm.
Make your way to your shoulder,
Lightly tapping the back of the neck.
Travel back down the upper arm.
Turn your left palm up and thump the inner arm and left side of the chest.
Take a moment to feel the left arm,
Shoulder,
And chest.
Noticing any vibrations or tingling.
Most Watch common in the brain.
Repeat these steps on the right side.
Repeat this step on the right side with your left hand in a soft fist.
Repeat this step on the right side.
Repeat this step on the right side.
With soft fingers,
Massage your belly area,
Sending kindness and compassion to this part of the body that is so often ignored.
Repeat this step on the right side.
Make soft fists with both your hands and lean forward.
Gently massage your lower and mid back.
Repeat this step on the right side.
Settle back into your meditation posture and feel the energy you've created running through your body.
