Consider a place in your body where you feel the sensations of breath more clearly,
More easily.
This might be the nostrils,
The rise and fall of the chest or abdomen.
You may experience it as expansion,
Softening,
Contraction.
There's no better place or right way to feel your breath.
And so just place your attention where you can feel it most clearly.
No need to try to get it or grab it.
