Choose a comfortable position and close your eyes as soon as you feel ready to.

Begin to settle and as you do so,

Become aware of the temperature of the room,

The lighting,

Your body sitting here.

What heart or mind state is here with you?

Just notice beginning this delicate and subtle work of softening.

<|sa|><|translate|> want to share Tune into the space around the body and connect to the openness.

Feel the fact that the immediate space around you is unobstructed,

That there's no pressure,

That there's nothing you need to do right now.

Feel that in the space around you.

Feel the fact that the immediate space around you is unobstructed,

That there's no pressure,

That there's nothing you need to do right now.

Feel that in the space around you.

Feel that in the space around you.

Tune into your breathing.

Is there a place in your body where you feel the sensations of breath more clearly,

More easily?

This might be the nostrils,

The rise and fall of the chest or abdomen.

You may experience it as expansion,

Softening,

Contraction.

There's no better place or right way to feel your breath.

And so just place your attention where you can feel it most clearly.

No need to try to get it or grab it.

Instead,

Just allow it to come to you.

Receive the sensations of an in-breath.

Receive the sensations of an out-breath.

Just listening,

Feeling,

Receiving.

Receive the sensations of an out-breath.

Receive the sensations of an out-breath.

Receive the sensations of an out-breath.

Receive the sensations of an out-breath.

Receive the sensations of an out-breath.

It's completely natural for the mind to wander.

That's actually its habit.

Nothing's gone wrong.

And so in the moment that you notice the mind has wandered,

Just know that the mind is playing with something else,

And instead of judgment,

This is a cause for celebration.

How wonderful awareness has returned.

When that happens,

We begin again.

Wonderfully simple with the perfect amount of instruction and pause between instruction. It proved the space in between instruction to actually cement the feeling. Thank you 🙏

I find this one very helpful. Dawn's suggestive points are short and simple to get during this practice, and her voice is not intrusive and timed at good intervals to help one focus. Dawn, thank you for your contribution!
