Just at the moment I needed this, you arrived for me Davidji! I searched Insight Timer for confidence (it’s my first day as a speaker at an AA meeting) and this beauty shows up. I’ve never heard this meditation before. I can walk today with emotional freedom, bliss and rhythm thanks to you. How is it that you always show up for me when I need you most.
