Great short primer on sound baths! I especially liked the last session which allowed me to recognize how different sounds felt in my body. My cat must have appreciated the experience as well as he sat next to the speaker enthralled. Thank you! Namaste’.

Great explanation and introduction into the history and science behind sound baths. I look forward to using this knowledge when selecting which sound scapes to use and to differentiate between different instruments when I’m listening

Thank you for this course. I found it very interesting. I’ve attended a few sound baths, drawn initially for its stress relief & relaxation. After this course, I’m interested in now investigating the chakra healing side of sound. Listening to the different instruments in day 3 was revealing. I love the singing bowls & now understand that I’m drawn more to crystal bowls. It’s been instinctive previously, but during the lesson, I felt a physical shift. The gongs are also very effecting. During the baths, I always go somewhere when gongs are played. Not sure where, but I go, and I never feel like it’s for long enough. I will be listening to some of your other tracks & hope to catch a live session some time.
