This is the root chakra, and is located at the base of the coccyx. It can be considered the foundation of your earthly existence and wellbeing.

When in balance you can feel stable and secure, characterised by emotions of calmness and self-sufficiency.

When not in balance you will feel less confident, energetic and independent. This music serves to rebalance this chakra, aligning your core, and stabilizing the root of your being.

I love this. I like to play music for the root chakra some time in my morning. A kind of grounding for the day ahead. Sometimes I just have it in the background as I go about my daily activities. Whilst listening to this I found myself stopping, finding a place to lie down and just enjoying it. My breathing slowed naturally to a nice steady level without me consciously changing it. Wonderful. 😊
