Best time to use this: Before a writing session, in the morning, or any time you feel creatively blocked, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your voice. AFTER THE MEDITATION Set a timer for 7 minutes and write one honest paragraph on this: What feels alive for me today? What feels accessible? What feels honest? No editing. No fixing.
