
Guided New Year Meditation (Manifest Your Dreams In 2025)
In this meditation, we will set you up to manifest your dreams in 2025. Step into this new year with intention, power, grounding, and joy. You get to design and create your year. Optional journaling prompt: How do you want to feel in 2025? Write down as many feelings as come to mind. You don’t need to force it—if you only have 1-2 feelings, that’s great. If you have more, write them all down. Be honest with yourself. If you want to feel strong, write down: “I feel strong.” If you want to feel confident, write down: “I feel confident.” If you want to feel healthy, write down: “I feel healthy.” After each sentence, take a few seconds to truly feel the feeling. It doesn’t need to last forever—it’s just a fun little practice. Even a second is enough. Notice which feelings come easily to you and which feel more challenging. What might that mean? ALL OF IT IS INFORMATION. Even if you blank out, that’s helpful information too. Be kind, be gentle, and have fun with it.
