My name is Darius,
And I am so grateful that you and I get this time together.
Let's begin our practice.
If your eyes are open,
I'd like to invite you to close them now as we begin to go inwards together.
And let's go nice and slow.
Let's give our bodies a chance to really arrive here and now.
Let's give our breath a chance to arrive here and now.
Sometimes our days can be full of energy.
Sometimes our days can move quickly.
And sometimes we forget to breathe.
So before we dive into our practice today,
Let's catch our breath.
Let's take a nice deep breath and allow our breath to really arrive in this moment.
Real simple.
Let's take a nice breath together,
Breathing in.
Hold to the top of your breath.
Nice exhale out.
And continue taking nice long breaths on your own.
And when we breathe deeply,
And particularly when we make some noise on our exhales,
We are signaling to our mind,
Body and spirit that we are safe here.
We are safe here.
We are safe here.
Our voices are welcome here.
Our vision is welcome here.
Our bigness is welcome here.
Let's soften and melt any tension away that we are holding that we do not need.
I know for myself,
I hold a lot of tension in my forehead,
In my jaw,
In my shoulders.
We are simply going to breathe into those parts.
Allow a gentle softness to melt away any tension.
And as we continue taking nice long breaths in and out,
In and out,
There is an opportunity to welcome in more calm,
More peace.
It's really subtle,
It's really gentle.
Would you like a little bit more calm and peace in your mind and body now?
If so,
All you need to do is continue taking gentle,
Deep breaths in and out.
And that calm,
Peaceful energy will find you.
Taking a moment to connect with your beautiful heart.
Hello dear heart.
Hello dear friend.
We have accessed a little bit more calm and peace.
And even if you only access 1% more,
I want to offer up that that 1% is a seed,
And that seed can continue to grow.
And so my question to you is,
What if there is more?
What if there was more confidence inside you,
Even 1% more,
Accessing it,
Making space for it,
And slowly but surely make a big impact?

And to expand and imagine your heart is smiling?
What does it feel like to be a little bit more confident?
Do you sit differently?
Do you breathe differently?
You're open to it.
Let's practice embodying this slightly more confident version of you.
It is a simple practice.
We are accessing 1% more confident.
And that 1% gives us time and space to build muscle memory,
To imagine,
To feel,
To experience this elevated version of us that perhaps believes in themselves just a little bit more,
Supports themselves just a little bit more,
Walks into every room as their true self.
Imagine how that experience can impact your days,
Your weeks,
Your months,
Your life.
Let's take a deep breath here,
Breathing in and letting it go.
And I'm going to leave a little space in this next song and allow you to continue embodying this slightly more confident version of yourself and allowing that more confidence to absorb into your body,
Into your cells,
Into your being.
That simple question has changed my life many times over.
The question of what if there was more inside me,
More confidence,
More creativity,
More joy,
More life?
What if there was more inside you,

Was to open and to allow?
