Welcome to this guided meditation.

This is Daphne Garrido.

Today we are going to be finding and bringing ourselves to abide deeply within the space inside us.

So please,

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

And extend your spine out straight.

Keep your neck long,

Roll your shoulders down and back,

And lift your heart space.

Whenever you're ready,

Please close your eyes.

And so,

Let's take some releasing breaths here.

A deep inhalation through your nose,

Filling yourself all the way up,

And let it go.

Take another deep breath in,

Filling yourself with white light,

And with a sigh,

Release it.

Take one more deep breath in,

And hold,

Squeeze your entire body,

Feeling that energy moving up your spine and into your third eye.

And whenever you're ready,

Let it,

And without effort,

Just allow your breath to find a light,

Natural rhythm.

Simply witness its flow,

And begin to place your attention inside your body,

Embodying non-judgmental curiosity.

Simply witness what is happening inside your body.

You may notice physical sensations,

Such as muscle tightness or soreness.

You may notice energetic vibrations moving through your body.

Whatever it is,

Simply feel into the space within,

Whatever's there for you,

And just witness it.

Breathe into your heart,

Feeling the energy there,

The expansive,

Loving energy of your heart.

And now breathe into your belly consciously,

And just hold your attention here on your belly,

Breathing in and out of it,

Witnessing the energy within.

And now simply open your awareness to the entire container of your body,

Not limited to the physical structure,

But the energetic structures within and around that support and hold you,

Without judgment,

With pure curiosity.

Simply witness what's there for you.

And if your mind starts to rise,

If it's been running this whole time,

That's fine.

Allow your mind to exist without grasping.

Pull back and find the space within that is more than your thinking mind,

That is more than your emotions.

Locate that deep stillness within you.

And allow this spaciousness within to assist your thoughts and feelings to flow naturally,

Witnessed without attempts to control,

Without pushing them away or holding onto them.

Simply letting your emotions and thoughts flow.

And in this expansive place,

Knowing we live in a world of changefulness,

That our bodies are changing always,

That our lives reflect this in the constant state of transformation that we are in.

But holding onto this connection with the spaciousness inside you,

Ask yourself here,

What never changes?

And feeling this space within you.

Allow yourself to invite in divine grace and love to fill this space,

To heal you,

To harmonize you,

To bring you into the most authentic expression of your soul.

So that you can do the best for this planet,

For yourself,

For your family.

Knowing that we can walk with this spaciousness always.

Set the intention now to open your life to more peace,

To more space,

More relaxation and joy and passion.

And let us return to our bodies now.

Feeling in to our awareness of the space around us.

Feeling in to our bodies,

Gently moving our toes and fingers.

Maybe stretching your neck or your back.

And take a deep breath in.

And whenever you're ready,

Let it go.

Open your eyes.

Coming back to this present moment.

Feeling the stillness within you remaining as an anchor to your conscious wholeness.
