Thank you for joining this meditation.
Let us take this time to each reflect on all that we are grateful for this beautiful morning.
And so take time now to reflect on what is a blessing in your life.
It might be as simple as running water.
It might be the people who've been in your life.
It could be oxygen.
It could be nature.
Whatever it is for you,
Whatever you're grateful for,
Allow yourself to feel it now.
Let's take a moment to reflect on what is a blessing in your life.
And so having connected to this gratitude,
Let us carry it forward into our days.
And so if you haven't already,
Please close your eyes and allow your body to find a comfortable position seated or lying down where your spine is straight.
Your neck is long,
Your chin is lightly tucked,
And your chest is wide open.
And so sink in here with resilience and flexibility,
With sturdiness and grace.
And bring your attention onto your physical body.
Begin scanning through,
Checking for any tensions you might be holding onto.
And allow yourself to breathe into anything you find.
Allow yourself to release any holding with your deep breath.
Check in with the muscles of your face.
Release your jaw,
Relax your tongue.
And on your next inhalation,
Take a deep breath in,
Filling yourself completely.
And let it all out with a big sigh.
Take another big,
Filling breath in,
And a releasing exhalation.
Take one more big,
Deep breath in,
And another releasing breath out.
And now allow your breath to settle into its natural pace.
And just relax here for a moment,
Witnessing its flow.
And so feel in to your connection to the Earth.
Feel in to the depth of the planet below you,
And feel yourself held here by Mother Earth.
Allow yourself to release into her embrace.
And feel into your connection with Spirit.
Feel out from the crown of your head,
Up to the heavens,
Allowing yourself to connect with Divine Love,
With Spirit itself.
Relax.
Feeling these divine vibrations showering down on you from above,
Let us bring our attention onto our hearts.
And if you feel called to,
Place your palms over your heart space.
Begin breathing deeply into that space,
Visualizing the energy there spinning,
The vortex of your heart glowing,
And see what this energy looks like for you as you breathe deeply into and out of the space.
See this energy of the heart,
Bring in the gratitude we contemplated earlier.
Feel in to all that you are grateful for and bring it into your heart,
Allowing yourself to breathe in the vibrations and to elevate yourself to higher levels of coherence anditolness.
And so,
Having connected with our bodies,
Having quieted our minds,
Having connected with Earth,
With Spirit,
And with our own hearts,
Let us move forward into our days,
Holding onto these beautiful feelings.
And so,
Let us hold the intention of carrying these beautiful vibrations throughout our day.
As I say the following words,
Allow yourself to repeat them internally or out loud.
Just for today,
I will not worry.
Just for today,
I will not be angry.
Just for today,
I will do my work honestly.
Just for today,
I will be grateful for my many blessings.
Just for today,
I will be kind to all living things.
Feeling ourselves connected to the nature around us.
Feeling ourselves connected to Spirit,
Each other,
And ourselves.
Let us return to our bodies,
Feeling in,
Sensing the space around us,
Allowing ourselves to move or stretch.
Feeling a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
And whenever you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
