Welcome to this short guided meditation on cultivating heart-brain coherence.
Heart-brain coherence is a state of unity when our mind,
Body,
And spirit has come into synchronicity.
It invigorates mindfulness,
Open-heartedness,
And our intuition,
As well as fortifying our groundedness and resiliency.
So please,
If you haven't already,
Come into a comfortable position seated or lying down.
Make sure your spine is straight,
And when you're ready,
Let your eyes drift gently closed.
Come to focus on your breath.
Just observe its natural rhythms.
Now,
Without breathing too forcefully,
Keeping the breath light,
Begin to take deeper breaths.
Let your exhalations escape slowly.
As you breathe in,
Imagine the air filled with millions of microscopic points of bright,
White,
Healing light.
Feel them filling your body.
And as you exhale,
See yourself releasing any negative,
Muddy energies you may have been holding onto.
Allow yourself to settle in here,
Breathing in the white,
Healing light.
Focus on your heart's center,
And begin breathing into it.
Feel it expanding.
Feel the space inside of your chest cavity ballooning.
Feel the light filling it up.
Now,
I want you to imagine a ball of golden light,
A vortex centered on your heart.
Feel this whirlpool of beautiful golden energy flowing faster as you breathe into it.
Feel it moving through you.
Feel its energy growing.
And just keep breathing into it.
If your mind wanders or thoughts come in,
Greet them,
Thank them for coming,
And then watch them move away.
There's no need to engage.
Just gently bring your focus back to your heart and the energy you're drawing into it.
Keep drawing that breath in.
And into your heart as you breathe deeply and gently.
Now,
Call to mind something you're truly grateful for.
Maybe this is a cherished memory.
A loved one's smile.
Perhaps it's a joyful gathering of friends or a delicious meal shared with family.
Whatever it is,
Feel the gratitude.
Draw it in.
Draw it in with your breath.
Feel it filling your heart.
And just keep breathing.
Let the gratitude hold you.
Feel its embrace.
Retaining a gentle focus on your heart center,
Continue to breathe.
Fully let go into the joy,
The passion,
And the love of gratitude.
Now,
Coming back to our present moment,
Find yourself grounded in your body,
But revitalized with a sacred coherence having been established between your heart and your mind.
And feel yourself at peace.

Gently open your eyes.
