Chakra Clearing & Energy Protection

We're constantly communicating energetically with those around us. Sometimes we take on the energy of others. This can leave us feeling dysregulated, anxious, confused, or physically drained.

In this reiki meditation, we use a "salad spinner" visualization to clear the chakras, releasing any energy that is not supportive, and then finish it off with a bubble of protection that deflects unwanted energy throughout the day. A must-have for empaths!

My sweet baby angel dog was sitting on my lap when I recorded this track (a few weeks before she passed) and you may feel her balancing energy.
