Hey,
I know it's weird right now,
Like you're not who you used to be,
But you're also not quite who you're becoming.
You're in this space between,
And it's uncomfortable,
Because nothing feels solid.
Your old habits don't feel good anymore,
But the new ones haven't locked in yet.
The people you used to laugh with don't really get you anymore.
But the people who do,
You don't have met all of them yet.
It is tempting to go backwards,
To shrink yourself,
To numb out,
To settle,
But you're not meant to go back.
You're meant to keep unfolding.
Because this feeling right here,
The confusion,
The detachment,
The ache,
This is growth.
This is your nervous system catching up to your soul.
This is your identity making space for who you actually are.
And yeah,
It's messy,
But it's also sacred.
You're dissolving all the parts of yourself that were built on survival,
On fear,
On needing to belong.
You're becoming someone who belongs to themselves.
And it's okay if that takes time.
You're allowed to feel lost.
You're allowed to not have the words.
You're allowed to just be here now,
Figuring it out as you go.
You don't need a five-year plan.
You don't need to have it all figured out.
You just need to stay open,
To keep showing up for yourself,
To trust that the version of you you're stepping into,
They're already waiting for you with open arms.
So take your time.
You're not late.
You're not wrong.
You're right on time,
Right in the middle of your own becoming.
And it is beautiful here,
Even if it doesn't feel like it yet.
