Layer by layer,
Down through thought,
Through sensation,
Into something deeper,
Into the field where your truth already lives.
You don't need to do anything.
You don't need to get anywhere.
Just stay open.
Let a word guide you.
Let a stillness hold you and allow yourself to remember what it feels like to be fully,
Fully here.
So let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Not to block out the world,
But to open the door that lives behind it and begin to breathe slowly,
Softly,
With presence.
Don't control it.
Just let it arrive.
Let it flow in and out.
Let the breath happen.
Let the body land.
Feel your feet.
Feel your hips,
Your spine,
Your breath.
Right now,
You're not dropping into relaxation.
You're entering the real,
The frequency beneath your identity.
As you feel your breath moving through your chest,
You notice you are not your breath.
Now feel the sensation in your body and notice that you are not the sensation.
Now notice thoughts flicker and pass and you notice that you are not your thought.
Now feel your awareness,
The you that is aware of all of it,
And feel this awareness become spacious.
You are the seer,
The witness.
You are the field in which it all appears.
You don't have to control anything.
The body,
It breathes itself.
The world moves itself.
And you,
You just are.
Let that be enough.
Let that be everything.
And now bring your awareness to the spine,
To your central channel,
The place where information becomes electricity,
Where the energy flows.
Feel if there's any tension and feel if there's any bracing.
You're not judging it.
You're just holding it in view.
And you say inwardly,
It is safe to soften.
It is safe to let go of holding.
And with each breath,
Allow the nervous system to unravel.
The body doesn't heal when it's forced.
It heals when it's seen without resistance.
You can even feel your vagus nerve relax.
You can feel how your jaw is unclutching.
And you feel how the sacrum rests into the earth.
You're no longer doing.
You are allowing.
And this is surrender.
This is power.
Now,
Please one hand over your heart.
And one hand over your belly.
And bring awareness to the rhythm.
To the breath.
To the heartbeat.
And to the rhythm of the still.
And now imagine light.
Not from outside,
But from the center of your chest.
A slow and golden warmth.
And this warmth,
It begins to pulse outward.
With each breath that you take,
It is entraining the brain.
And from here,
It is entraining your breath.
You breathe in light and you breathe it out.
And with that out breath,
It is entraining your field.
The space all around you.
It starts to glow in that gold and soft and light.
It's getting warmer and warmer.
And with that,
You are coherent.
Let your thoughts synchronize with the heart.
Let the field around you align with your heart.
And now imagine that this coherence,
This alignment,
And this presence is not staying inside of your body.
It begins to expand beyond your skin.
Beyond a room.
And oh wow,
Even beyond the edges of time.
Your breath is no longer just yours.
It is part of a greater rhythm.
And your energy is no longer just your own signature.
It is part of a greater field.
You are not separate.
You never were.
Can you feel the pulse of all things?
Can you feel the silence behind the sound?
And can you feel the stillness beneath the motion?
This is Source.
This is a region.
This is home.
How powerful are you?
And now begin to draw that field back in.
To embody it.
Let the presence settle into your spine.
Let the light rest in your cells.
And let this coherence live in your breath.
And whatever you do,
You don't leave that field.
You walk with it.
You are the field.
From here,
You see more clearly.
You speak more truthfully.
You live more precisely.
Now take one final breath.
Deep inhale.
Hold it at the top.
And exhale,
Let go.
This final breath was not to end anything,
But to begin again.
You are the field.
You are the light.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Still being the light.
Still being the field.
Still being coherent.
