The deeper your body falls into sleep.
You can see yourself slowly leaving your body,
Floating above you just a couple of centimetres.
And you can look down at yourself,
Seeing you lying there in your bed with your eyes closed.
Your face smooth and soft,
Your eyes tired and closed.
Peaceful.
You give yourself a goodnight kiss.
And then you turn around and again you look into the stars and you realize that they are not far away anymore.
You are so close to the stars,
They are all around you.
You see millions of lights.
And you know this,
This bright light all around you.
And where you are,
It is the brightest.
So you look back to find the source of this light.
You turn around but still where you are is the brightest spot.
So you look down at yourself.
And what you see,
What you notice is that you are one of those stars.
You are a star.
You are made of the love of the universe.
You are made with so much light that can make a whole planet grow alive,
Like our sun is giving life to the whole planet Earth.
You are another sun,
Shining your light to galaxies.
And with every breath you feel this power inside of you,
This love,
The peace.
Your whole body fills up with the energy of your star.
And you surround yourself completely in the light and you soak it in.
And slowly,
Really slowly,
You make your way back onto planet Earth.
And the stars become smaller and smaller again.
And the Earth becomes bigger and bigger.
You sink deeper and deeper and deeper.
It is like you can see your body again lying down in your bed.
And you are right in front of your body,
Looking at it,

With your next breath you go down into your body.

You are a star.
You are the universe.
You are God.
