Thank you for joining me today.

My name is Dana Mitchell and we are going to do a meditation to turn up all the qualities that make you the amazing you.

So find a comfortable place to sit down or lie down where you will not be disturbed.

Close your eyes and take a few deep cleansing breaths.

Breathing in through your nose and blowing out through your mouth.

Breathing in through your nose and as you exhale relax your body letting go of all the stress and the tension that you have built up throughout the day.

Ask your body where is the stress and tension sitting and in your mind's eye go to that place and begin to need and push out and relax all of the stress and tension letting it go and releasing every time you exhale that deep breath.

Now I want you to imagine that you're standing in front of a mirror and this is not just any mirror this is a special mirror that reflects your true self.

The self that's confident and loving.

The self that is not taking on everybody else's stories,

Everybody else's meanings of things,

Everybody else's requirements.

This is your true self the confident and loving you.

As you look in this mirror see the person who is beautiful both inside and out.

You see the person who is worthy of love and respect.

You see the person who is capable of achieving anything that you set your mind to.

What do you see when you look at that confident you in the mirror?

Notice your smile that lights up the room.

Use an imaginary dial to turn up that smile.

Using the dial make it brighter and even brighter.

Notice that twinkle in your eye and turn it up higher and higher and even higher.

Self-love is a journey not a destination and by practicing self-love affirmations you can start to change your mindset to one of love and acceptance for yourself.

I'm going to give you some affirmations and you may choose to write them down and remind yourself throughout the day that these affirmations to build your strength and your self-love.

I love and accept myself just the way I am.

I am worthy of love,

Respect,

And compassion.

I am a strong and capable person.

I am worthy of happiness and joy.

I love and accept myself unconditionally.

I am grateful for all of my many blessings.

I am worthy of all the good things that life has to offer.

I am free to pursue my dreams and create new goals for myself.

You can repeat these affirmations throughout the day and anytime you need a little boost listen to the recording again and always remember that you are amazing just the way you are.
