Thanks for this clarity. I experienced this recently. There was an opportunity that appeared lovely. My body was not interested. I tried to keep going but I started to react to a specific part of the environment. Fortunately I listened. (Previously I did what you described with your career for decades resulting in chronic pain and exhaustion). Thank you for sharing —very practical. Trusting the body is huge!
