This is Dana Mitchell.

Thank you for joining me for this Abundance Meditation.

Find a comfortable spot to sit down or to lie down where you will not be disturbed.

Close your eyes now and take a deep breath in and then blow it out.

As you begin to take those deep breaths,

I want you to relax your body,

Letting go of all tension.

Now as you relax,

Begin to imagine that you are a tree.

You see or feel your thick trunk.

The bark is there to protect you from the elements.

You look above and the crown is full of thick,

Dense green leaves,

Reaching,

Reaching towards the sun.

You know that your roots run deep and are a strong anchor into the ground,

Helping you absorb water and nutrients.

Your deep roots draw nourishment from the earth,

Helping you to be strong,

Healthy,

Growing tree,

Reaching towards the sky.

You allow yourself to be open to the sun and the rain.

The sun represents your potential.

It's the source of all your energy and creativity.

The rain represents abundance.

It's the water that nourishes all of your growth.

As you inhale,

Imagine the sun shining down on you.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

As you exhale,

Imagine the rain falling on you.

You feel the cool,

Wet rain on your leaves.

With each breath,

You are growing stronger and more abundant.

You are reaching and growing towards your full potential.

You are open to receive all that the universe has to offer you.

Now,

Imagine that you're a forest of trees,

All connected by your roots.

All the trees are working together to create a thriving ecosystem,

All contributing to the abundance of the forest.

As you inhale,

Imagine the forest is growing and thriving.

Feel the energy of the forest all around you.

As you exhale,

Let go of all resistance to abundance,

Allowing yourself to receive all that this forest has to offer.

I am a powerful tree,

A thriving forest,

A strong,

Healthy tree,

Grounded in the earth,

Open to the sun and open to the rain.

I am abundant,

Growing,

Expanding,

And thriving.

I'm a symbol of abundance,

Providing shade,

Beauty,

And nourishment to all that come near me.

I'm a source of hope and inspiration,

Reminding all who see me that anything is possible.

I am a reminder that life is a journey,

That each day is an opportunity to grow and to thrive.

I am a symbol of peace and tranquility,

A place where all can rest and renew.

I am a manifestation of the universe's abundance,

A reminder that there is enough for everyone.

I am a gift to life.

I'm a gift to the world.

I am a source of wonder and beauty.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a tree,

And I have vowed to use my gifts to make the world a better place.

Use these affirmations to help connect you with the abundance that is all around,

And to remember that you are deeply rooted,

Grounded,

And ever growing and expanding.
