Imagine that it is night and you are lying in the middle of a beautiful meadow.
The grass beneath you is lush and fragrant.
The air is cool and whispers across your skin.
As you lie comfortably in the soft,
Deep grass,
Gaze up at the night sky.
The moon is full and bright and millions of stars shimmer above you.
Feel yourself relax even more,
Your body sinking deeper and deeper into the cool grass.
Heavy and relaxed,
Your mind is quiet and still.
You are safe and at peace.
Now imagine that as you lie quietly in this beautiful meadow,
You gently allow your question to drift through your mind.
Let it be gentle.
Let your question flow through your mind like mist,
Easily and effortlessly.
Let your mind long to know your soul can answer.
As your question drifts easily before you,

There is your answer in the breeze whispering around you.

Listen with all your senses.
