Stand In Your Center Of Gravity

Wherever you are in this moment,

Stand.

Let your feet ground into the earth like roots of a tree reaching deep.

Notice how naturally and easily you make that connection,

Soul to soil,

Power to power.

Let the feeling of standing on your own two feet,

All energy up from the earth,

Feel the power beneath you.

Notice that power is all around you,

Calling forth and amplifying the power that is within you.

Sink your feet a little deeper into that connection.

Breathe into your own power.

This is your unique center of gravity,

And gravity,

The earth and your own,

Holds you steady.

You are being called to power.

Can you feel a little more energy rising within you,

Strong,

Confident?

Notice how your back gently straightens,

Your chin lifts just a little,

Maybe a smile curves your lips.

This is relaxed power and strength.

This is the truth of what is within you.

This is your center of gravity.

And all it took to be reminded of it,

To access it,

This is your personal center of gravity.

Stand and own your place in the world.
