This is a very short exercise to relax your nervous system.

The vibrating sound to relax your nervous vagus,

The nerve between your brain and your heart.

Calm down,

Relax the muscle,

Relax the heart and relax the brain.

Here we go.

Just lay down,

Sit down,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and out.

One more in and out.

Then you follow me with the vibrating sound P O O.

Breathe in.

Follow your own pace.

Take a new breath in just when your body lets you.

Don't force it.

Find your own rhythm.

Three more.

Breathe in relaxation.

Breathe out toxic energy.

Set your intention for two today.

Last breath.

One more breath in.

Lift your shoulders to your ears.

Breathe in and out and let go.

Thank yourself for this moment.
