Try to focus physically on your legs,
Upper legs,
Up,
Belly,
Stomach.
Everything in your body and feel somewhere where there is some tension.
Tension means muscle tension or whatever.
Try to focus on your body,
Let those thoughts go and focus on your body and see a little bit in your mind how it is working.
Inhale and exhale.
Try to relax as possible every part of your body.
And especially go from your neck to your shoulders and see what you can do over there.
Good.
And let go.
Now have a deeper inhale and exhale.
And let go.
Scan your body once again and feel where there is some tension from your neck until your feet little those.
Let it go and keep the focus on your body.
Open slowly your eyes.
See a little bit straight.
