So just a moment for you to relax and be here.

Take a breath in,

Close your eyes and sit back or lay down.

This exercise is to get some clarity.

Some clarity,

Clarity about what you really want and what is good for you.

What is good for me.

I want you to try to focus really on your body and then try to connect your brain with your body.

So the questions that you have,

The doubts that you have about certain things,

Decisions,

Trying to find clarity in that by listening what your body says or what intuitively comes up as an image,

As a feeling,

To really feel,

Does this resonate to me?

Can you know what is good for you,

What is good for you to do or where you are or what you want?

First,

Try really to connect to your body.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in calm and breathe out stress.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in all the way to your stomach.

Put your hand on your stomach.

Breathe in like filling a balloon and out.

Breathing in knowing.

Breathing out clutter.

Try to relax your shoulders.

Relax your muscles,

Everything relaxed.

Try to forget about what you did before you did this exercise.

Try to forget about what you're going to do after.

Try to cut all the cords with all those thoughts.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And now put your other hand on your heart.

And then you try to really connect to that place.

Then I want you to think of the question you had in mind.

Think of that question.

Then you're going to ask yourself that question and just let your body respond.

Is it good for me to do this?

Or what would I like to do?

And then just let your body respond.

Let the images come.

Anything is good.

Anything that comes up.

And try to let it be.

Keep on breathing in and out.

Ask yourself that question.

And also if you don't like the answer,

That can also be.

Let it be.

Breathe in to that safe place in your heart.

And then all the way down to your tummy and your legs and your feet.

Ground,

Ground that feeling.

You know.

You know.

And then slowly you take another three breaths.

And let yourself come back.

And then you get your notepad and write down what you saw,

What you felt.

Anything.

And then you come back.

Open your eyes.

Don't stay there.

Open your eyes.

And then you come back into the day.

Sit up straight.

Move a bit.

Come back.

And connect.

Do this as often as you can.

Get some clarity.
