If you haven't done so already,
Let's get comfortable.
So make sure that you're sat in a comfortable position with your back nice and straight.
Close down your eyes for me.
Shut out the world.
It's time for you to focus on yourself a little bit.
Get your morning or your afternoon meditation practice in for the day.
Start to take in some long,
Slow breaths.
Do a tiny little exercise with me just to start to regulate and relax the body.
When you breathe in,
Just the slightest movement.
Pull your shoulders up slightly towards your ears as you breathe in.
Nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath.
Breathing in.
Pulling your shoulders up as if they're getting slightly tighter.
More contracted up towards your ears.
And then as you breathe out,
Slowly,
Timed with your breath,
Start to pull them down.
All the way down as far as they'll go.
Away from your ears.
Let them completely drop and relax by the end.
See if you can take a pause of one or two seconds in between.
And then let's do that again.
Nice,
Big,
Deep breath in.
Moving your shoulders slowly up to your ears with your breath.
Pausing at the top.
And then slowly relaxing your shoulders.
Giving yourself this physical feeling in your body as well as everything that's subtly going on inside of your body.
Registering and connecting with your breath and how slow it is.
You're giving yourself this physical feeling of contraction and release.
Contraction as you lift and breathe in.
Release as you relax and let go.
This is going to enable you to just kind of reset your body.
Make it relax.
And then do that one more time in your own time.
And then let's come back to a regular breath.
A nice,
Slow breath.
No movement.
Coming back to stillness.
Feel in your mind as if you've just walked out of your home.
You've closed the door behind you and you're standing outside of your own house.
Rather than see what you always see there,
Imagine that there is a forest.
And there's a clear path for you to start to walk down.
When you close the door and you walk away from your house,
You're metaphorically walking away from you just for a little while.
Your house represents everything about you.
Just keep walking on this path for me through the trees.
But your house represents you,
Your past,
Your future,
Upstairs for thinking,
Downstairs for physical.
Metaphorically,
Everything that happens in your house is about you.
So,
Imagine that you're walking away from everything that is you right now.
And you're just walking forward in the forest.
Let's make sure that you're barefoot.
So if you have anything on your feet,
Kick off your socks and shoes so that you can feel the bare earth underneath your feet.
As if you're coming back to nature,
You're coming back to simplicity.
Kick off those socks and shoes and feel the ground and keep walking forward.
Notice your day.
Notice the temperature on your skin.
Notice the sounds in the forest.
And bit by bit,
Knowing that you are completely alone,
This is your path and no one else's.
Nobody else is going to turn upon it.
Nobody else is going to be around it.
This is your created path.
One by one,
Whatever you're wearing,
Start to slowly unbutton your shirt or pull off your t-shirt.
The aim is for you to get completely back to simplicity.
So as you walk,
Take off your clothes and let them just fall to the ground.
Walking forward,
Maybe you feel slightly exposed at first.
But just let that feeling go if possible.
Know that you're completely in your own world right now.
No interruptions.
No one will see you like this.
Let yourself start to feel comfortable with your own skin being exposed,
Your own body.
And just walk.
You start to hear the sound of water,
Like maybe in the distance there's some kind of waterfall.
Head that way.
As if you're being drawn to it.
Let it pull you closer and closer until you start to see an opening in the trees and rocks and a waterfall and the most beautiful,
Clear,
Sparkling blue bed of water at the bottom.
Let yourself stand on the edge of the water and just look at this beautiful place.
All for you.
It's quiet and peaceful.
If you take in a big,
Deep breath,
You can smell the freshness of the water,
Of the earth.
Instinctively knowing that this is very healing.
It's a pure place,
High vibrational place.
And you know that it's probably going to be really good for you to swim,
To be in that water.
Starting with your toes,
Just testing the temperature.
It's perfect.
A little bit cool,
But you get used to it fast.
And then you go in a little bit deeper,
Up to your ankles.
Allowing it to flow up your calves,
Up over your knees.
The whole time,
The intensity of the water feels really refreshing and clean and pure and vibrant,
Energizing.
Goes up to your thighs and then up to your hips.
Take a big,
Deep breath as you adjust to the cool temperature and stand there just for a sec.
You can see through the water all the way down to your toes.
It's clear and sparkly and the stones underneath your feet feel smooth.
The whole place is just perfect.
It's exactly what you need just for this time while you're here.
Take again a nice,
Big,
Deep breath.
And as you breathe in,
Allow your body to just fall back so that your whole body floats.
On the top of the water.
Let your arms go out wide.
Let your legs get comfortable.
Feels really good on the top of your head.
Feels like a reset button.
The water feels intense.
But it feels like it's cleansing you all the way through to your cells and your bones.
Like this deep,
Deep wake up.
Washing away anything that doesn't serve you.
Imagine that this moment,
In this very moment,
Nothing else exists.
And this is your home.
The feelings,
The cleansing,
The awakening,
The purifying.
Everything that you're experiencing in this beautiful water.
Imagine that this is your home.
Open and spacious and vibrant,
Full of life and energy.
This is you right now.
Allow your whole body.
Allow every single atom that makes up you be renewed as you just float and relax.
Like it's the easiest thing in the world to just let go of all the stuff that doesn't serve you.
Let it wash away.
Let it wash out of your mind,
Out of your heart.
Let this whole experience feel like a healing treatment.
Exactly what you needed today in this moment.
No matter what's going on in your life,
In the other world.
This right now is giving you more energy.
It's giving you clarity.
It's allowing you to re-boost your mental state.
Just imagine it's giving you everything you need.
Like when you're thirsty and you have a drink of water.
Just soak it up,
Soak it in and relax in it for a few more moments.
Let it fully recharge all the different aspects of you.
If there's anything in your body that needs to be healed,
Imagine this magical waters healing your body.
That part of you that needs extra attention.
And with a knowing that you have definitely been renewed,
Cleansed in the most beautiful,
Refreshing way.
Now feel in your mind like you're standing up in the water once again.
Slowly making your way to the side.
Starting to walk back through the forest on the same path that you came.
And as you do,
Collecting your discarded clothing bit by bit along the journey.
You can see in your mind,
Dressing yourself,
Putting them back on or just carrying them,
Whichever you prefer.
Until you find your way all the way back.
Finding yourself all the way back in front of your door.
But this time,
Before you open your door and go inside,
You're ready,
Energized,
Nice and relaxed and refreshed.
To do whatever reaffirming or refurbishing you need to do in your home to make it so that you're happier.
Healthier person.
You're ready to do that.
Metaphorically and physically.
When I count to three,
You can find yourself back in your space.
Back in this reality with your eyes open.
One,
Two,
Three.
Fully.
Fully back in the present.
Feeling good.
Feeling ready.
