Tucker said that he had had a terrible week.

It was all pink and fluffy and her slippers matched perfectly and her slippers had little bunny ears on them.
She was wearing a spar headband and spar wristbands as if she was ready to do whatever she needed to do to let this week go.

How come you guys look so comfortable?
I'm gonna go get changed.
She had plans to put her pyjamas on as well.
Leo was wearing sweats and a white t-shirt.
Tucker said,

I think that would be perfect.
I have some ideas and I'm sure all of you can do a little bit of input,
A little bit of creation and decide what we can all do to feel so much better.
Tucker said,
My mum and dad have one on the back garden.

They all stood around looking at what looked like a giant barrel.

It won't take long for us all to get our swims on or something and you're only in it for like a minute.
Because when you start you have to be kind of slow and you have to be careful that you don't go in for too long.
But mum and dad do it all the time and when I'm a dog I'm always like,

Tucker finally convinced everyone to ice plunge.

They had like a little stopwatch and they just timed each one of them to do it for a minute.

But he was laughing between the screaming.

He was shouting and laughing and shivering.
And then when he got out,
He wrapped himself in a towel and he did some jumping jacks and he felt amazing.
That was the best thing ever.

But so brave.
She never said a word.
She sat there and took deep breaths the whole time and just focused.
And then when a minute was up,
She got out,
Dried off,
Did some jumps,
Some bounces to get the blood circulation going back into her body and said,

I think I'd like to do that more often.
It was awesome.
Then Heidi had a turn.
Heidi's glasses got all wet.
She couldn't see a thing.
And it was so cold.
It made her mind go all crazy and upside down and topsy-turvy.
It was so cold.
She couldn't focus.
She didn't care about her glasses being all like messed up and wet and that she couldn't see anything.
She was just breathing really heavy,
Like trying so hard to be okay with the cold.
When she got out,
She felt as if she was blue and stiff.
She was so cold.

That's definitely not for me,

Then it was Leo's turn.

Do you think your mum and dad would mind if we went in the sauna as well?

They don't let me in as a dog because mum said I'd get dog hair everywhere and it'd be too hot.
But we could do it now.
The sauna warmed up quite quickly.
They got it as hot as it possibly could go.
Set it on the highest number.
And they all got in the sauna.
At first,
It was so nice because the contrast from the cold ice plunge to the warm sauna felt like a cosy blanket.
But then,
After a couple of minutes,
Once they'd warmed up,
Then they started to get hot.
And why are we doing this?
Said Tucker.
Heidi said,
Oh,
I've done a lot of research on saunas.
Apparently,
They're supposed to add years to your life.
They're really good for you.
They're good for your heart.
They help you to heal.
They're good for muscle recovery.
They are just so relaxing and calming.
They also detox the body.

I'm not in this body enough for it to need detoxing.
I mean,
What does that mean?
Does it mean like putting me through the washing machine?
Heidi said,

It means you just release all of your toxins through your skin while you sweat.

Vea was great with the sauna.
Tucker loved the sauna.

And then when the sauna was finished,
They all showered off,
They all put their pyjamas on,
And Vea announced that it was time for facials.
I have all of my stuff with me.
And I think it's very important that we take care of our skin because we don't want to get blemishes when we get a bit older.

Dirty faces,
Running,

Playing,
Not having a shower regularly enough,

It's so important to moisturise,
