Are you ready to meditate with Kari?

Climb up into your bed and get super comfortable.

Make sure that everything is just right in your room.

You're wearing your comfy pajamas and that way you can relax your body and let go of your busy,

Busy day.

Heidi,

Cherry and Veya had gone over to Tucker and Leo's house.

They had plans.

They were very excited.

The fair was in town.

Heidi,

Cherry and Veya were going to go with Tucker and Leo,

Along with some of their other friends,

As humans.

Cherry was like,

OMG,

OMG,

I can't wear it.

I've never been to a fair before.

I've heard so many things about fairs.

I've heard that you can fall in love at a fair.

I've heard that there's a kissing booth at fairs.

I've heard that you can go on some scary looking rockety,

Crickety rides at fairs,

So you best be careful.

I've heard that you can,

Like,

Meet the love of your life at fairs.

I've heard that you could maybe fall in love with a gypsy kind of queen or a gypsy king and someone that tells you fortune and,

Yeah,

And,

Like,

Run away with the fair.

Heidi said,

We're not going to the fair if you're planning on running away anywhere.

Cherry said,

OMG,

Heidi,

I'm not,

I'm not.

I'm just saying,

They're so,

So exciting,

Like,

Fairs are just,

Like,

So exciting places to go.

Can't wait.

Come on,

Tucker.

Take your stone,

Go dig it up,

Go do your thing and let's get out of here.

Tucker went on the back garden.

He walked over to the Buddha statue where he hides his stone.

He digged a little bit,

Found it instantly,

Rubbed all the dirt off it and took it inside of the house.

Come on,

Come on,

I can't wait,

Said Cherry.

Vea said,

Cherry,

You have to learn to be patient.

Me thinks that patience is something that's very,

Very,

Very handy to have in this world.

Heidi said,

You're right,

Vea,

Being patient is something that you will need a lot,

Cherry.

You have to learn to be patient.

Cherry said,

OMG,

I'm just too excited to be patient and,

You know,

I'll be patient when I'm not here anymore.

I'll be patient when I'm in ground and I'm,

I've got stuff to do.

I'm a busy lady.

I've got people to meet,

Tucker said.

Oh,

Leave it alone a minute.

I have to do my thing and I can't do my magical thing with my magical stone if you're pressuring me.

Tucker held up his stone.

He held it up in the sun in the window.

The bright whiteness of the stone shone.

The golden threads and veins shone.

And then his angel appeared in the stone.

You get one wish,

Just one wish,

She said.

Tucker closed his eyes.

I want to be human.

I want to be human.

I want to be human.

We have to go to the fair,

He was saying internally.

When he opened his eyes,

He looked down at his body.

He had legs with jeans on,

Some sneakers and an Adidas t-shirt.

Yay,

He said.

He looked over at his friends.

Leo was wearing jeans,

Sneakers and a black sweatshirt.

Vea was wearing a bright yellow,

Pretty,

Puffy,

Flowered dress.

It had puff sleeves with white daisies all over it and it was so cute.

She had a white headband on.

She had her hair up in a ponytail and she had a yellow scrunchie holding her hair up in the pony.

Heidi had some beige joggers on and like a dark beige sweatshirt.

Cherry was wearing her OMG black t-shirt and she had some black shorts on with black tights underneath it and some black ankle boots.

She looked super cute.

They were all ready to go to the fair.

When they got there,

Tucker reminded everybody that they were meeting their friends,

The others that were coming,

Underneath the umbrella.

There was a big white and red striped umbrella in the middle of the fair and underneath it was a waste bin.

Who knows why,

But that's where Tucker told everyone to meet and if anyone got lost at the fair,

They were supposed to just go back there and wait there and that was the place where everyone else would go to first to go look for them,

Rather than wandering all over the fair,

Maybe possibly missing each other.

So that was their safe place.

That was their meeting place and that was the place that they went if they got lost.

When they walked up to the white umbrella,

Leo spotted Sasha.

When they got closer,

He gave her a big hug.

It's been a while,

He said.

Sasha said,

Yeah,

I'm so glad you guys invited me.

She was looking really cute.

She had a pink sweatshirt on with some pink shorts.

Then also,

There was Poe.

Heidi greeted Poe.

She gave him a big hug.

Everyone said hi to Poe.

Mr.

Kitty was standing next to Poe.

D'Angelo.

D'Angelo was looking at Poe as if to say,

Oh,

I really don't like you very much.

And Poe was looking at Mr.

Kitty as if to say,

Oh,

Do I have to deal with you?

They were standing together,

But they were standing together as if they were standing as far apart from each other as they possibly could.

And then when Vea spotted Mr.

Kitty,

She ran up,

Jumped in his arms,

And he spun her around really,

Really quickly,

Three times.

And then she got all giggly and dizzy,

Oh,

I can't,

Oh,

As if she was going to fall over.

D'Angelo announced that he wanted to go on the ferris wheel first.

He grabbed a hold of Vea's hand and started pulling her in that direction before anybody else had got to say hello to him.

Everybody else that was still there gave each other hugs and said hi and said,

How you doing?

And all of that stuff.

And it's been a while.

And all of that stuff.

And then Tucker looked at Cherry and said,

Do you want to go on the ferris wheel?

And Cherry said,

Oh,

I'm jay,

Tucker,

Yeah,

That's like my most excited thing I'm thinking about.

That's like the one that I really want to do.

How did you know?

We're like twins,

Me and you,

Me and you were so funny.

I mean,

Yeah.

Tucker grabbed a hold of Cherry's hand and started running towards the ferris wheel.

Heidi shrugged her shoulders and looked at Poe and said,

Well,

Shall we go on the ferris wheel?

Poe said,

Yeah.

Sasha said,

I don't know whether I want to go on the ferris wheel.

I'm a bit frightened of heights.

And I have one of those fears where we're going to get stopped and stuck at the top and then it's going to fall out of the sky.

And then,

Oh,

My gosh,

It just like terrifies me.

Leo said,

Yeah,

I totally get it.

I know what you mean.

It's really creepy,

Especially when they swing around up there.

But I think we should do it.

Everybody else is.

We should be brave.

Sasha looked at Leo and said,

OK,

Since it's you,

Let's do it.

Leo grabbed a hold of Sasha's hand and ran quickly after everyone else so they would all get in line at the same time.

Right next to the ferris wheel,

There was a booth that sold soda and chips,

Candy floss,

Popcorn,

All of that stuff.

They decided who was going to go and get what while the others stayed in line.

And they all snacked on different snacks and shared each other's drinks and catched up with everything that's been going on with each other while they stood there and waited in a very long ferris wheel line.

There was about maybe 15 people in front of them at this point.

Heidi asked Poe how his poetry was doing.

Poe said he was doing really good with it.

In fact,

He'd wrote her a poem.

He pulled out a piece of paper from his back pocket and started to read it to Heidi.

Everyone else in the group shushed.

Cherry said,

OMG,

Tucker,

You never write me a poem.

Tucker said,

OMG,

Why don't you write me a poem?

And they both laughed at each other.

And then she elbowed him and said,

Shh,

I want to listen.

I want to listen to what he's saying.

Poe said,

The night sky,

Dark,

Mysterious,

Just like your eyes in the center,

Deep holes I can fall into,

Never ending,

Spinning around and around,

Lost in the abyss of your eyes,

Just like the night sky.

And then he closed the piece of paper up.

Heidi flushed in the cheeks.

That was really nice,

She said.

How's your poetry going?

Poe said.

Heidi said,

Well,

I haven't really done that much of it lately.

I've been reading this really good book.

It's the Percy Jackson series.

And I'm just like so enthralled in it.

And yeah,

I haven't had time to do any poetry.

Oh,

Said Poe.

I really like that series.

You'll enjoy it.

Heidi flushed again.

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah,

I really am.

Cherry got bored and looked away.

Now there was about seven people in front of them.

I went,

Gee,

Tucker,

What should we do after this?

Where should we go after this?

What should we go on?

I've seen those like spinning teacup thingies.

They look fun.

There's also like a waltzer thing.

A waltzer where you like stand on the wall and it spins around really,

Really fast.

And gravity makes you slather all over your friends next to you.

I think we should do that,

Tucker,

Because me and you,

We could seriously do some serious slathering.

Tucker said,

Yeah,

That sounds great.

Leo asked Sasha how her family was doing in Mexico.

Sasha said that everyone was really,

Really good.

She also told him that she would be visiting in a few weeks.

Oh,

Said Leo,

That's great.

I'll look for you through the fence.

Sasha said,

I hope so,

And then started laughing.

Leo got very,

Very excited.

His heart grew inside of his chest and his mouth got really dry.

And he didn't know what to do with his self.

He kept doing weird twisty things with his fingers and his hands.

He was all nervous and a little bit shaky,

But he wasn't going to show Sasha.

Sasha already knew,

But she just smiled at him and pretended that she couldn't tell that he was super nervous or super excited about the fact that she was going to visit in a few weeks with her family.

And she would be in the garden next door,

And he could talk to her through the fence.

She was also very excited about that,

Too.

There was about three people in line now.

Cherry was getting excited.

OMG,

I can't wait.

I hope it stops.

I hope it gets stuck.

I hope we get stuck up there for like four hours and they have to kind of get like,

What is it called?

Tucker said,

Fire engine?

Yeah.

Yeah,

That's what I mean.

Oh,

It's so funny.

You kind of like finish my sentences.

Anyway,

Yeah.

So yeah,

They have to get like a fire engine,

And they have to do that long like fire engine,

Like glider thing,

And then a fireman,

A very handsome fireman.

Have you noticed,

Tucker,

That most firemen are so handsome?

Tucker said,

What?

As if to say,

How would I notice that?

And Cherry said,

I'm just telling you.

One time,

Right,

It was so funny.

My mom,

Right.

She forgot that she put some fat,

Some oil in the oven,

And she turned the oven on to clean it.

And it got locked in the oven,

And she couldn't open the door.

And then it set on fire,

And there was a big fire in the kitchen.

And she had to call the fire engines,

And they came to the house.

And I'm not kidding you.

Like,

No word of a lie.

Absolutely no word of a lie.

Every single fireman that got off that fire engine was so handsome and dreamy.

My mom didn't know what to do with herself.

She was like,

OMG,

I wish I'd put my makeup on.

OMG,

I wish I looked cuter.

OMG,

All these firemen in my house.

I'm so embarrassed.

And the whole time,

I was just walking around her feet,

Going,

It's all right,

Mom.

You still look cute.

Don't worry.

But she weren't paying attention.

She was too busy drooling over the firemen.

Anyway,

My point is,

These firemen,

Right,

They're all so handsome.

Next time,

If you cause a fire,

Tucker,

In any way,

Or we get stuck at the top of this ride,

And you have to call the fire engines,

Then,

Like,

You'll notice.

You'll notice straight away they're so handsome.

Tucker said,

Are they as handsome as me?

Cherry blushed.

What?

Tucker said,

Are they as handsome as me?

Then he flicked his hair,

His Bieber flick.

Cherry said,

Uh,

Uh,

Um,

Well,

Uh,

I don't know,

Tucker.

That was the first time that Tucker had ever asked her that kind of question.

She was a little bit suspicious and very nervous.

But also,

It made her think.

Tucker,

Why would Tucker ask that sort of question?

Cherry said,

Well,

Uh,

You know,

That depends,

Tucker.

Do you think I'm cute?

Tucker said,

Of course,

Because you're,

Like,

My twin,

Remember?

Like,

If I'm handsome,

Then you're kind of cute,

Right?

Cherry laughed it off.

Yeah,

I get it.

I get it.

But did she get it?

She wasn't sure.

And then Tucker changed the subject and started talking about the fact that there was only one person in front of them.

And then that one person got on,

And everybody got off the ferris wheel.

And all of them got on the same ride.

They all sat in their pairs together.

Cherry,

Before the ride even started,

Started screaming.

Ah!

So excited!

Vea was very nervous.

Oh,

My.

Oh,

Gosh.

What if,

Really,

Though,

What if,

D'Angelo,

We get stuck?

D'Angelo said,

Well,

It'd be all right.

We get to talk some more,

And we get to hang out some more.

And that wouldn't be that bad,

Would it?

Rea said,

Oh,

No,

Me thinks that would be actually really nice.

She snuggled into him a little bit more,

And he smiled at her.

Poe,

In the meantime,

Was talking to Heidi about how he'd started in a theater class.

Apparently,

Once a week,

He goes downtown and hangs out in the local theater there.

And he does all sorts of odd jobs and also does the classes in exchange so he doesn't have to pay for them.

He told her that maybe,

If she was interested,

He could get her a job there where she could do,

Like,

You know,

The set decorating or cleaning or packing or whatever it is that they needed to do in exchange for some acting classes.

Heidi liked the sound of that.

She thought it would be fun.

Her and Poe had a lot in common.

They were very similar personalities.

She'd always liked the theater,

Arts,

Books,

Any kind of expression of art.

Heidi was definitely into.

And Poe was just the same.

The Ferris wheel person that was running the wheel kept stopping it here and there.

And they all kept taking turns being on top.

When Cherry was on top,

She and Tucker both screamed as loud as each other.

They sounded like someone was strangling them up there.

And all the others laughed.

They had a really fun time on the ride.

But there was so much more to do,

So many different rides to do.

That was just the beginning.

Cherry and Tucker both went on the Walser and nearly vomited.

Luckily,

They nearly vomited on each other,

Which was very,

Very funny as far as they were concerned.

Vea and D'Angelo decided to do the water dunking game where you had to throw balloons at this person that was sat in a water tank.

Apparently,

It was to raise money.

D'Angelo,

Mr.

Kitty,

Was very good at it.

And every time he threw,

It hit it perfectly.

And the guy kept falling in the water over and over again.

Vea just thought that was the best.

You're raising so much money,

She said.

Leo won Sasha a big giant panda bear.

Apparently,

Leo had a hidden talent at collecting ducks on the duck pond.

It was one of those arcade-type games where you had to grab a duck with a hook.

He was really good at it.

Hence,

Sasha was now carrying the biggest panda bear teddy that she'd ever,

Ever seen.

And she loved it.

At the end of the night,

They all met up at the Umbrella.

And then it was time to go home.

Everyone said goodbye to each other.

They gave each other big,

Big hugs and said hopefully they would all meet and do it again soon.

Leo knew that he was gonna see Sasha soon,

Regardless of whether he was a human or a dog,

And that made him very,

Very happy.

Heidi,

Cherry,

And Vea went home,

And Tucker and Leo went home.

Tucker and Leo collapsed on their big,

Comfortable dog bed as soon as they got home.

And they both fell fast asleep.

I once went to the fair with some of my friends and one of them were screaming 😱 the whole time and it was so funny! 😂I loved 🥰 this med as well, it was very cute when the all spilt into their little couples (Cherry and Tucker, Vaya and Deangelo, Heidi and Poe)
