Allow this guided practice to help you to let go of some of the stress you may be carrying around with you. Step into another reality for a while and let go of that which is not serving you. You can do this meditation time and time again, l am here for you.

Okay,

Let's meditate together.

Sit down in a comfortable position with your back straight,

Rest your hands on your knees,

Relax your neck and allow your chin to lower just a little bit.

If you want to lie down,

Go ahead and lie down for the meditation.

Close your eyes and go inside.

Start to become aware of your breath.

Notice your body as you breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe deep down into the base of your abdomen.

Lengthen your breath,

Make it longer and slower and deeper.

Allow the rhythm of your breath to start to slow your mind down,

Your body,

Your heart.

Lengthen your breath and imagine it's traveling down your legs,

Down into your feet.

Be aware of the sensations in your feet.

You can whittle your toes if you want to.

Imagine your feet are connected to the earth,

Your bare foot.

You can feel the cool,

Damp earth underneath the base of your feet.

Start to allow your feet to sink into the ground.

Imagine you're standing on soil or the earth in a forest and it starts to just give way a little bit so that your feet sink deeper into the cold,

Tingly,

Vibrating soil underneath your feet.

This connection sends tingles and sensations up your legs and up your spine,

All the way to the top of your head.

Imagine your feet are like seeds,

Starting to break open and take root in the earth.

Your toes turn into roots,

Base of your feet opens up and roots start to grow out from your ankles,

The base of your feet.

And as the roots grow and dig deep through the earth,

You start to feel a strong sensation of stability.

Your legs feel very,

Very strong and connected and rooted.

The sensation travels up to the base of your spine,

Starts to move its way up your physical spine,

Touching and connecting to each one of your energetic chakras,

Traveling slowly up into your neck,

All the way to the top of your head so your whole body feels rooted and grounded.

When you're opening up your arms,

Your arms start to grow branches,

Your head turns into branches,

Starts to reach up towards the sky and out,

Far out to the left and the right,

Your whole body is expanding and growing,

Metamorphosizing into a tree.

And the branches are leaves,

Hundreds and hundreds of leaves,

All green and rich and vibrant,

All representing the different aspects of you,

The thoughts,

The feelings,

Your emotions,

Your cells,

Bones,

Flesh.

Some of the leaves also represent stress,

Worry,

Tension,

Burden,

Weight that you would like to let go of.

There's a breeze blowing through your branches and the leaves.

Breeze is your connection to source.

Imagine it blowing through and around and within you.

Press the wind,

It's going to help you to let go of that stress today.

Allow your mind and your heart to open.

Think of something right now that's causing you stress.

Imagine that branch full of leaves and all the different aspects of that stress.

How is this branch affecting your life?

How are these leaves,

These stresses affecting your sleep,

Your day,

Your relationships?

Imagine wind blowing through the leaves of this branch.

Imagine the leaves starting to let go,

Falling to the ground one by one,

Each leaf representing an aspect of this stress.

What if it's just falling away,

Coming away from you,

Just like that?

Allow it to just fall.

You don't have to do anything.

You don't have to think of anything,

Change anything.

Just allow the wind to pull away that stress,

Take it away from you.

Now focus on a different branch.

This branch represents a burden you're carrying,

Something heavy,

Something that's weighing you down.

It might be a decision that you need to make that's difficult,

Challenging.

Look at the leaves,

The many,

Many leaves and all the different aspects that this burden is affecting your life.

All of the thinking,

All of the mulling over and over and over that this decision is causing you.

Allow the wind to just come take the leaves,

See them fall into the ground,

Believing you of the burden,

Of the heaviness,

Just going away.

You don't have to do anything,

Decide anything.

Just imagine it's falling away,

Just disappearing,

Gone.

Just like that.

Focus on another branch in your tree.

This branch represents a worry,

A silly worry that you have that keeps coming to you.

See the leaves,

The many,

Many leaves and all the different ways this worry affects your life,

Your sleep,

Your interactions with people,

Your inner peace.

Allow the wind to start to just blow the leaves right off that branch,

Fall into the ground with no effort.

It's just easy,

Just like that.

Let go of the worry,

Just like that.

It's not complicated.

You don't have to do anything.

Just let it go.

The wind starts to pick up,

Blow heavier and faster all around you,

Removing all different leaves you didn't even realize were causing you pain.

Heartache leaves the cause of your discomfort in your body.

Just ease within your mind.

See them all blowing to the ground like you're getting some magical cleansing happening right now as you listen.

Just breathe and allow it.

Allow the cleansing to take place.

Allow yourself to be renewed.

Rejuvenated.

Shake off all those leaves.

See them all fall into the ground.

You feel light,

Free.

Your whole being feels more open and spacious.

You can breathe easier.

You can think clearer.

You feel fresh and clean and new.

Life is good.

It's all good.

All is well.

Shake it off.

Shake off those leaves.

All is well.

Just be free in the wind and the breeze and allow your body to sway and move if it needs to.

Allow your head to move side to side if it feels good.

Just be free,

Stress free right now in this moment.
