If you'd like to get into a comfortable seated position if you haven't done so already,
And then close down your eyes.
Good morning world.
I have dogs barking outside,
I see hummingbirds on the lemon tree.
With your eyes closed,
Thinking about how you started your day this morning.
Did you do anything different or was it your normal routine?
Think about letting all of that go now,
Kind of closing the door on any thoughts or feelings about what you have to do the rest of the day,
This morning.
Imagine in your mind you're just kind of closing the door on all of that and you see yourself in your seated comfortable position ready for meditation time.
This is your time to become more self-aware,
This is your time to relax,
Step away from the world for a little bit.
Put your focus and attention onto your breath.
So start to pay attention to what it feels like when you breathe in,
What it feels like when you breathe out.
Make that your focus for your attention.
Start to become more quiet,
More centered.
Relax your shoulders down.
See if you can spot any tension in your body.
Maybe there's tension in your jaw,
Around your eyes.
These are the most common places across your temple,
Especially if you're thinking and you have a little bit of a headache.
Your forehead and the top of your head needs to relax.
Imagine that your scalp is softening.
The space across your forehead is melting and softening.
Breathe out any tension.
Relax the space around your eyes.
Breathe out any tightness.
See if you can soften your cheeks and your jaw.
And then pull your attention all the way down to your abdomen,
Specifically the top part of your abdomen,
Your upper tummy,
Above your belly button.
And just feel into that space.
You may notice tightness in this part of your abdomen.
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath into that part of your tummy.
Hold the breath all the way there.
Hold it there for a few seconds.
And then breathe out and see if you can soften your stomach.
Do that a couple of times with your breath.
This is where your solar plexus lies.
Solar plexus is one of the chakras in your body,
One of the main chakras in your body.
Chakras are simply thought attractors,
Energy centers.
So they live in our energy body.
You don't see them with your physical eyes unless you can tap into your third eye and then you can see people's chakras or your own chakras.
But generally,
The solar plexus is connected to willpower and it's blocked by shame.
That means willpower is connected to who we are as we step forward into the world,
A sense of self.
It's all about your self-worth,
Your self-esteem,
Self-respect.
And you can see how all of those things would fuel willpower.
Without any self-love or self-worth,
Without a high importance of yourself,
A high value of who you are,
Then you would have very little willpower in the world.
Because you don't think that you're worthy.
So why bother?
Shame makes us hide.
It makes us feel like we're not good enough.
This is a very important part of your being.
This space in your upper tummy,
It's connected to that part of your digestive system that would cause troubles,
Cause ulcers in the tummy.
It would cause you maybe to have irritable bowel.
The stomach is so sensitive.
So any emotional problems that you have connected to the solar plexus can cause physical problems around your tummy.
It's connected very closely to your thinking system.
It's all about the mental way that you look at the world,
The way that you think about you.
When you say to yourself,
Who am I?
The solar plexus chakra is very dominant in how much or how little you think and believe that you are.
So it's all about your confidence.
It's how you put you forward in the world.
Let's do some magic around this space in our body today,
Shall we?
So as you take your breath all the way down into your upper tummy into your solar plexus,
Start to envision the color yellow.
Generally,
The solar plexus comes with a golden yellow.
It can shift and change with your mood or where you're at vibrationally.
But most of the time,
It's yellow,
Just like the sunshine.
If it helps you start to visualize that there's a beautiful,
Beautiful,
Happy,
Sunny day outside.
And maybe you're sat on the garden.
And the sun is clearly in the sky.
It's big and golden.
And you can feel the heat of the sun on your skin.
Imagine that you can feel the sun warming your face.
You can feel it on your arms.
You can feel it on your abdomen.
See in your mind's eye that there's a beam of light coming down from the sun,
Beam of golden light.
And it's hitting you right there in the upper tummy.
Connecting to your solar plexus,
The center of who you are right there.
And it's starting to feed this golden light energy into your abdomen.
Starting to expand your own inner space right there.
So the energy center that is your solar plexus is starting to open up and absorb and pull in this golden light.
Just focus your mind on receiving golden light.
Every time you breathe in,
Imagine you're pulling this golden light in with your breath.
And you're also sucking it into your body through your skin,
All the way down into this energy center.
And every time you breathe out,
Imagine that you're letting go of something that holds you back.
Something that makes you feel ashamed.
Something that makes you feel small or unworthy.
And you don't have to be specific in your mind.
You can just imagine this as a general release.
I'm letting go of everything that holds me back.
Every time you exhale,
That's the purpose and the intention of that breath.
Breathe out that general yucky stuff that you hold in your thinking system that might make you feel less confident about yourself.
What if you could just breathe it out and release it.
And every time you breathe in,
You're bringing more confidence,
More self-worth,
More self-love,
More respect for yourself.
Pulling it in from that divine space,
That golden light.
Just receive it.
You're worth it.
You can take it.
You can receive it.
You're just like everyone else on this planet.
You're deserving of feeling good about yourself.
And that's what we're doing.
We're taking in this golden light and we're imagining in our mind that we're replacing all of the old stuff that holds you back.
Like you're going through a washing machine with me right now.
We're doing like the soak cycle.
We're doing the heavy wash.
We're doing the heavy wash part right now.
Pull in that golden light.
Let it swirl around that area of your thinking system.
Refreshing,
Renewing,
Cleansing,
Purifying all the goodies.
And as you breathe out,
Just release and let go.
It doesn't matter what it is that you're letting go of.
Just let it go.
Imagine that it's coming out all of its own will.
Just releasing out of your mouth,
Out of your paws.
Starting to move into the spin cycle.
So we want to make sure that all the really,
Really deep stuff is being squeezed out.
Anything from childhood.
Anything that's been there,
Hovering in your thinking system.
Tainting the way that you believe and feel about yourself.
Imagine it's been twisted and squeezed and just all the way down.
Deep,
Deep,
Deep clean.
And breathe that stuff out.
Just breathe it out and let it go.
It doesn't take an investigation and it doesn't take too much thinking.
You can just allow this process to take place naturally for you from the sun.

Imagine he's doing the washing machine and he's just taking all of that stuff out of your being.
Breathing in the power of everything that goes along with a healthy,
Open,
Active solar plexus.
Your solar plexus is bloody shining right now.
Imagine that.
And now we just need to do the dry cycle.
Imagine it's blowing in the wind and it's a beautiful,
Sunny day.
And everything about you smells fresh and clean.
And you're just receiving this gentle healing.
Sealing up any old wounds,
Any old spaces that need to be filled with this new,
Shiny,
Beautiful,
Fresh approach to who you are.
Imagine that you're just sat in that sunshine on that nice day outside in the garden and the breeze is blowing in your hair.
You can feel that gentle cleansing breeze sealing up all the parts of you that need to be safe inside.
Feel it swirling around your heart.
Feel the breeze blowing over your throat.
You can imagine in your mind that you're complete with everything that you needed to receive from the sun.
Just take a look around and notice that the colors are brighter.
The sky is a beautiful blue.
The sun is bright and golden.
And there's life within you and all around you.
And you feel good about yourself.
You know that you're worthy.
You respect yourself so you can honor yourself.
You are deserving and you are awesome and you are a wonderful human being in this world.
And we need to do some closure on that.
So in your mind,
Internally or out loud,
As loud as you want,
Just say,
And so it is.
Seal the deal with,
And so it is.
Hallelujah,
Mama.
And so it is.
Amen to that.
I'm going to count to three and you can open your eyes and be back in your space.
