Lie down and get comfortable.

Let's see if we can take some of your dis-ease or pain away.
Make sure that your body feels like it can relax.
Adjust your shoulders.
Lay your arms down by your sides.
Let your feet relax and lay with your legs slightly open.
Close down your eyes and start to focus in on your breathing.
Use your breath to relax your body and to start to slow down your mind.
Pay close attention as you breathe in nice and slow.
Notice the sensations,
The movements in your body,
The feeling inside of your body as you breathe in and then for the next few breaths pay more attention to your exhale.
Notice what your body feels like when you breathe out.
The movements,
The sensations.
Feel into your body now that you're still.
Feel what part of you feels uncomfortable.
Maybe you're listening to this meditation because your shoulders hurt or your lower back is aching.
Maybe it's period pains,
Headaches,
Toothache.
Whatever it is,
Tune in to that part of your body that feels uncomfortable.
Feel into the sensation of the discomfort.
Become aware more precisely on what it feels like.
Is it aching?
Is it throbbing?
Is the pain sharp or dull?
Does the area feel warm?
Is there inflammation involved?
Just go through a checklist in your mind as you really feel into the sensation in your body.
Become familiar with it like you're getting to know this discomfort.
Start to lengthen and deepen your breath but with your eyes closed visualize at the same time that you're taking your breath through your body to the part of your body that feels uncomfortable.
So as you breathe in watch your breath travel into the part of your body that needs healing.
Breathing,
Focusing,
Connecting,
Visualizing,
Doing all of it intentionally into the part of your body that needs healing.
Nice long slow deep breath breathing in that breath all the way down to that part of your body that needs it and then when it reaches the part of your body that needs some help watch your breath fall into,
Surround,
Sink into,
Melt through.
Watch your breath penetrate into that part of your body as if it's delivering healing energy.
Your breath is carrying this energy into that place and now that you feel comfortable watching your breath doing that process let's intensify the healing.
As you breathe in I want you to imagine that you're breathing in a healing light.
The light can be golden or royal purple,
Violet,
White,
Whichever color resonates with you in this moment for this healing that's needed.
Those colors are all really high in vibrational healing so any of them would be perfect.
See yourself breathing in that color and also see yourself sucking in that color through the top of your head.
So it's coming in through two different portals,
Your breath and your crown chakra.
Breathe in the light,
Suck it in,
Watch it travel through your body into your discomfort and as you breathe out imagine that softening in your body when you exhale.
It's that part of your body that hurts and it's softening,
It sinks and almost becomes open to receive on the out breath.
Breathe in the light,
Pull it into the discomfort,
Watch it fall and start to sink into that part of your body and as you breathe out imagine that that part of your body is opening,
Expanding so that it can receive the light that you're breathing in through your inhale.
Your crown is open,
Pulling the light in on every inhale along with your breath.
Watch it travel through your body,
Land and then soak in and be absorbed on your exhale.
Start to see if you can find that rhythm,
Sucking in,
Absorbing,
Sucking in,
Absorbing,
Breathing really slowly,
Nice and calm and controlled.
You are all powerful,
A powerful human being.
Use your mind,
Your intention,
See the light coming in through your crown and your breath.
Exhale and receive,
Soften and receive.
Let your breath and the rhythm of the in and the in,
Let it feel like a wave of healing that you're creating with your mind and your connection to source through light and energy.
Breathing in that light,
Breathing out the discomfort.
If it feels right for you,
Place your hands on the part of your body that hurts or aches.
Use the warmth,
Let the heat feel good on your body.
Try and clear your mind of all thoughts.
Use your breath in this way for as long as you need to.
