My name is Kari.
Let's focus and meditate on something that we want to manifest today.
Sit nice and straight for me.
Relax down your shoulders.
Soften your jaw.
Close down your eyes and start to slow down your breathing.
Keep a slow,
Calm,
Consistent breath throughout the whole meditation,
Creating as much stillness as you possibly can within your body.
So the only thing that should be moving is your chest and your abdomen as you breathe in and out.
Stillness will start to bring on a sense of calm.
A nice,
Slow breath will bring on a sense of calm and slowing down,
Which is perfect for what we need for the next few minutes.
Whenever you're using a quiet,
Meditational state to manifest something into your reality,
You always start from the magical perspective that you already have that which you want to attract to you.
So we're never in the wanting frame of mind.
Any internal dialogue never sounds like,
I am ready for,
Or I want to,
Or I see something coming.
It's always as if you are already in that which you desire.
So your internal language sounds more like,
I'm so grateful for this that I have.
I feel very comfortable and natural being in this state,
Whatever it is.
The thoughts that you have and the feelings that you have inside of your body are coming always from a place that your desire is fulfilled already.
So bring to mind something that you have,
That you've always wanted.
Imagine you already have it,
Okay?
So something that you always wanted,
That you were desiring,
The perfect partner,
More financial freedom,
A healthy body.
Think of your desire,
Maybe just pick one for today's meditation,
And see yourself as if it is already so.
See your body in your mind if it's your body that you want to change.
See it fulfilled and perfect in your eyes.
See yourself walking and talking and acting like you would with that body.
Feel what you would feel like with that body.
Important point,
Feel easy and comfortable with this state of being,
Like it just happened very easily and naturally.
It's no big deal that you have this body.
Comfortable,
It feels natural.
Imagine that the feelings that you're creating and the thoughts that you're creating and the visions that you're seeing inside of your being are all activating this magnetic energy within you.
You're stirring up and creating your new reality that's coming to you.
But right now we're seeing it as if it's already so.
As if we have two different realities,
The one we have in this present moment and the one that we have that we know,
We believe,
We are sure with every part of our being is going to come into our reality.
You're bringing your future self into this present moment and feeling it and seeing it,
Thinking it.
You're doing everything as if it was already so right now.
Just sit with it.
Strengthen those thoughts and feelings and visions.
Don't question any of this.
Just see it as so.
It already is.
It's here.
It's now.
And it's happening.
And then when you finish this meditation,
In just a few moments,
Go about your day as if you've done the magic.
And now all you have to do is just trust.
Comfortable,
Easy,
Trust.
Repeat,
Repeat.
