My name is Kari.

Make sure that you're sat in a comfortable seated position.

Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already.

Relax your shoulders down,

Away from your ears.

Just focus on your shoulders for me.

Feel your left shoulder.

Pull your left shoulder down just a little bit more on the next exhale.

Pull it down away from your ears.

And then focus on your right shoulder and pull it down.

Let it get heavy on your exhale.

Focus on the space along the back of your shoulders and just feel into that space as you start to slow your breathing down.

See if you can mentally push down the back of your shoulders,

Away from the back of your neck.

And come across the space on the front of your shoulders,

Across your chest muscles and just feel into that space.

And push that place down.

Push that space down,

Away from your neck if you can.

Pushing the front of your shoulders down.

Start to breathe down into your lungs.

So follow your breath as you're breathing through your nose.

Pull your breath in down through your throat,

Down into your lung space.

Feel as your chest expands and opens as you breathe in.

As you breathe out just let your shoulders and your chest and your lungs all drop a little bit and relax.

Breathe in again,

A nice big deep breath.

Let your chest expand.

This time see if you can breathe all the way down into your physical heart.

Focus more on the left side of your chest and breathe into your heart space.

And when you breathe out,

Breathe out really slow.

See if you can feel your heartbeat.

On your next inhale,

Breathe into the center of your ribs,

Where your heart chakra lies,

The center of your chest.

Breathe in a nice big deep breath and take it all the way down into your heart center.

Let it fill that space up and then as you exhale,

Soften and relax into it.

On your next inhale,

Breathe it in all the way into your heart space and see if you can start to imagine that there's a flower there in the center of your chest and every time you breathe in you're feeding that flower so it starts to open and every time you breathe out the flower relaxes and opens a little bit more.

Breathe in and watch it open in your mind.

Breathe out and watch it open slowly a little bit more.

So you're starting to open your heart center.

Starting to feel more peaceful vibes running through your body,

Calm,

Relaxed.

As your chest and your heart space opens up,

Start to imagine that this feeling,

This sense of love starts to multiply in the center of your chest.

Just a peaceful,

Loving,

Joyful kind of feeling that you can open and start to experience in the center of your heart.

You may feel it in your physical heart as well as your heart center.

Just imagine you're opening them both up.

Every time you breathe in,

It opens wider.

Every time you breathe out,

It opens deeper.

So you're really connecting to your heart space and that feeling inside of your body.

A joyful,

Peaceful space.

You can maybe start to feel it vibrate up into your throat,

Down into your abdomen.

It feels open and spacious and loving and kind.

In your mind I'd like you to just flow with me with everything I'm saying as if it is so.

For you as well as me.

You can repeat whatever I say in your mind or you can just listen and let the words and the vibration and the intention of those words just start to fall into your heart space.

Let them resonate,

Start to permeate into that space.

Money is an equity form that I have a lot of fun with.

Money is an equity form that I have a lot of fun with.

The more I enjoy my money,

The more my money multiplies and comes to me easily.

The more I enjoy my money,

The more money comes to me.

The more I enjoy my money,

The more money comes to me.

It makes me happy to share my money.

Money comes easily to me.

Money comes from all different places in many different ways.

Money comes easily to me.

I trust that the universe has my back when it comes to money.

I trust in the universe to take care of me.

I trust the universe to make me abundant.

I am so grateful for all of the money that I have.

I appreciate how much money I already have.

It's really easy for me to make money.

I understand the laws of the universe and it's easy for me to make money.

Money isn't something I focus on all the time because I know it's all around me.

It comes to me when I need it.

I know that I'm already very abundant.

I know that I am already very grateful for everything I have.

Just allow all of that to soak in.

Allow the vibration of a fluid,

Easygoing,

Abundant money consciousness to just flow through your body.

You make your reality.

You make the next moments in your reality.

Start to let yourself feel all that was just said.

And so it is,

Right?

And so it is.

I'm so grateful for everything I already have.

I'm grateful for everything that comes my way.

And so it is.

Just trust.

Trust in yourself.

Trust in the universe.

Be open-hearted like you are right now.

Every time you think about money,

Every time you see money in your mind,

See plenty.

See it with joy.

See it with happiness.

Be in your heart space as much as possible when you think about your money.

I'm going to count to three and then you can open your eyes and come back into your space.

One,

Two,

Three.

Opening your eyes,

Coming back into your space.

You are abundant.

And so it is.
