
Golden Honey Bath | Gentle Journey To Self-Worth
Imagine golden, silky honey flowing over you like a soft embrace, tenderly washing away old guilt, fear, and self-doubt. Each chakra is lovingly cleansed, leaving your body, heart, and spirit feeling lighter, calmer, and full of quiet self-love.

My name is Corrie.
Let's meditate together.
First of all,
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight in your seated position.
So straighten your spine.
Relax your chin down to your chest just a little bit so that you take any strain out of the back of your neck.
Close your eyes if you haven't done so already.
And slow down your breathing.
Start to breathe to the pace of around about the count of four,
Like a square breath,
Square breathing.
I'll do a few rounds with us so we can fall into that pace.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Pause.
Breathe out,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Pause.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Pause.
Breathe out,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Pause.
Just follow that pace or as closely as you can that feels comfortable for you.
Take all of your focus and attention down into your feet.
Take a nice slow breath as if you're slowing down time.
Really start to just feel your feet.
Notice everything about them.
The feelings,
The sensations of your feet on the outside,
Any subtle energy movements or shifts or vibration on the inside.
Slow down your day,
Whether it's morning or evening.
Allow your breath to start to bring in that peaceful,
Slow feeling.
You're not thinking about anything else right now.
All you're doing is just focusing on your feet.
You're falling into a comfortable place as if you're just sitting in the bathtub of your feet and you're sat in full sensation.
Focus more on the inside and see if you can connect to the tingling.
As you feel deeper into your body,
You may notice that your other senses are more acute.
So if you're hearing things other than my voice,
Maybe the general noises of your space,
Maybe you can hear things from the outside of your home.
Just allow those to be all the things that you're noticing and aware of at the same time as really diving into the feeling of what it feels like inside of your feet.
Changing the frequency of your body,
You're slowing everything down.
Leaving your feet behind,
Go to the complete opposite end of your body,
Go to the top of your head.
Start to put all of your awareness on the feeling around the top of your scalp.
Imagine that you can feel your hair.
You can feel the follicles at the top of your head.
That small space between the layer of nothing around you and then your hair and then your scalp.
See if you can feel into that space.
Can you feel a very slight tingling sensation?
The stiller you become,
Maybe hold your breath.
See if you can feel it when you hold your breath.
You'll definitely feel your heartbeat when you hold your breath.
It becomes louder and more obvious in your body.
But can you feel that pulse at the top of your head,
That tingle?
In the meantime,
If you get any thoughts about anything else that come into your mind,
That seem like a sense of distraction,
Then just go back to your breath.
Feel your breath as you breathe in,
Feel your breath as you breathe out.
Use your breath to anchor your focus back into your body.
Let those thoughts just slide on by like clouds.
Just let them float by in the sky.
Now pull your attention down into the centre of your being,
Right down there where your belly button is.
Feel your tummy expand and retract as you breathe in and breathe out.
Focus on all the subtle movements around your stomach.
Also pay attention to what your lower stomach feels like and what your upper stomach feels like.
So take turns to just settle in on your lower stomach first.
Feel the sensations.
Is it tight?
Can you relax it?
Use your exhales to relax your tummy more.
Let it soften.
And then feel into your upper stomach.
Does that feel tight?
Every time you breathe out,
See if you can soften that space in your body.
Now using your imagination,
I'm going to take you on a slightly unusual journey,
But I think you'll enjoy it.
Imagine that you're in the shower and the water that's coming out of the shower head.
Let's change it up.
Let's luxury our shower.
Imagine it's one of those really big shower heads,
Crazy,
Enormous,
Fancy shower heads.
And they're all above you.
And they're spraying down this most amazing pressure of warm water.
Like when we go to fancy hotels or something.
Or maybe you already have one of these and you're very grateful for this beautiful shower of yours.
And it's spraying down this warmth onto the top of your hair.
Let's start to feel the luxury of this,
Shall we?
Let's really indulge and just enjoy the warm water falling down on your shoulders,
Down on your body.
Listen to the sound of the shower.
Sometimes it feels like rain on a tent,
How it makes that pitter patter sound.
Allow your senses and your body to just enjoy.
Let the sound of the shower relax you as well as the feeling on your body.
Maybe there's a beautiful herbal body wash that smells like lavender or chamomile or rose.
And you can use that and rub it on your shoulders and down your arms and the whole scent is just permeated with the warmth and the steam all around you.
This is why we play just a little bit.
Imagine that the water changes to honey.
Yes,
Honey.
Golden,
Warm,
Silky honey.
I'd like you to feel as if you've got your head back slightly and you're allowing this honey,
Like Ayurvedic oils,
To roll from the top of your scalp all the way down the back of your head.
This golden sunlight honey.
Feel it rolling down the back of your neck slowly,
Like a soft massage.
Feel it roll gently down onto your forehead.
But then it just rolls down over your temples and softens your cheeks and your jaw.
You can smell the sweetness.
Maybe the honey is orange blossom and you can smell the orange citrus in the air.
Let it roll down over your chest very slowly.
This golden honey is infused with golden light.
And as it reaches down to your upper abdomen,
It's like it starts to pull right there as if it's found its destination.
It's found your solar plexus.
Imagine it's starting to permeate into your body,
This golden light that's infused in the honey.
And it finds your solar plexus.
Just like a small sunshine,
A small ball of light at first,
Starts to form there in your upper stomach.
But then it starts to turn clockwise.
And as it turns very slowly,
It gathers more honey,
More light,
Like a candy floss maker.
It pulls it all the way down to your belly button,
And then it starts to roll down the back of your head,
Like a soft massage.
It pulls it from the sides.
And this ball of golden light is getting bigger and bigger.
And as it sweeps around the edges of your solar plexus,
It's pulling out all that sticky,
Nasty shame.
It's pulling out the guilt.
Imagine it's collecting it like cobwebs,
Like dark shadows,
Like dark,
Licorice taffy.
And it's pulling it out.
And as soon as it touches the golden light,
It just abolishes it,
Disperses it.
So this golden light is like a cleansing,
Going round and round,
Clockwise in your tummy.
Gathering all of the sticky,
Dark shame.
It's even pulling some of it out of your heart chakra.
Let this golden light spread higher so it reaches up into your heart chakra,
Down into your sacral chakra.
It's going all the way down into your root chakra,
Just stirring out all the stuff that needs to be released.
It's gathering all the fear.
Get rid of that fear from your root chakra.
You don't need to be afraid of being good,
Of being worthy,
Of being who you are.
You're good enough just as you are.
Let's get rid of all of that guilt out of your sacral chakra.
Imagine this big,
Swirling light is just pulling all of those shadows out.
Take it away,
Please.
It no longer serves me.
Allow your whole being to be open,
To be purified,
To be infused in this golden honey light.
Let it sweep out all the sadness,
All the grief,
Whatever it is in your heart.
Pull it out and take it away.
You don't have to think about what it is.
Just know that this light is helping you right now.
Let it move even higher.
Feel it in your throat,
This golden,
Sweeping light.
Feel it take away any lies that you tell yourself to keep yourself small,
To keep yourself feeling worthless.
Let it take them all away.
Let that golden honey fall onto the top of your head once again.
Feel it there.
Warm,
Slow massage on your scalp.
And then,
Just as quickly as it shifted and changed,
Feel the water back on your body once again and the pitter-patter sound of the shower.
Feel it at the top of your head.
Let it cleanse the outside of your body.
Metaphorically,
Watch all the dark shadows draining away down the drain.
Any sadness or grief,
Any fear,
Watch it all just kind of drain away.
Like you've just been through a full wash in the washing machine and now the washing machine comes to a stop and you can get out of the shower and dry yourself on the biggest,
Warmest,
Softest,
Fluffiest towel.
Wrap it around you.
Let it hug your body.
Feel safe.
Feel lighter,
Happier.
Know that you can come back and do this special shower whenever you need to.
You don't have to know what you're washing away.
You can allow it to just cleanse you,
Help you to feel free from all of that.
I'm going to count to three and then when I get to three,
You can open your eyes and come back to your space,
Feeling wonderful,
Ready for the rest of your day.
