Let's see if we can help you to just relax and let go of your day,
Your stress,
Your worries.
Lay down in a comfortable position,
Preferably on your back.
Let your feet fall out so they can rest.
Lay your arms down by your sides.
Pull your shoulders down away from your neck.
Make sure that everything is comfortable and then close your eyes.
There's a reason that most of the time when you listen to meditations,
They refer to focusing on the breath.
Your breath is your home.
It's your anchor during meditation.
So whenever you start to lose focus or you drift away into worries that cause stress or angst,
Catch yourself and pull yourself back to your breath and just simply watch your breath,
Feel your breath,
Be an observer of your breath and let that be where all of your focus and attention is.
It really does help to bring you back into balance,
Into a neutral place.
So with that being said,
Focus on your breath.
Feel the different sensations in your body as you're breathing.
Notice how your chest rises and your abdomen expands when you breathe in.
All the slight little movements it creates in your body.
Feel the pause in between each breath.
When you really pay attention,
You'll notice that the pause when your breath is in your body feels very different to the pause when your breath is being expelled out of your body.
When you exhale,
Can you feel how your body naturally falls just a little bit deeper into the surface that you're laying on,
The bed or the ground.
Everything just gives and relaxes as you breathe out.
Also when you breathe in,
You become aware of your body as a vessel accepting something into its reality.
The breath has been accepted into your body.
You open to receive your breath.
There's so much to watch,
So much to feel.
Just allow it to be the start of your relaxation for a few more breaths.
Now let's let your breathe in do a little bit more magic.
When you breathe in and you use intention or visualization,
Can change the whole content of our breath.
You can cleanse with your breath,
Release with your breath.
It just means using intention to increase the power of your simple breathing.
Visualize the cloud or a ball of white light there in front of your face.
Imagine when you breathe in,
You're breathing in this white light into your body.
The light has the ability to cleanse all that is no longer needed in your body and your mind.
Using you in a sight,
You're able to see the light that is no longer needed.
Using you in a sight,
Imagine you can see the white light coming in through your nose and filling the space inside of your head.
It travels to the top of your head,
The back,
The sides,
Circulating and twirling and moving,
Clearing out all of those stressful thoughts,
Any negativity.
It's releasing all of your worries.
The power of this cleansing white light flowing through your mind.
Imagine your exhales or how all of these things that no longer serve you are being released out of your energy field.
You can see these things,
These thoughts,
These feelings as a dark cloud,
A rain cloud in the sky,
Gray or black or blue.
Your choice.
The next time you take a big deep breath in,
See the white light traveling down over your throat,
Cleansing your throat chakra,
Maybe helping your throat if it's been sore.
Allow it to release,
Let go and cleanse anything from this part of your body that no longer serves you.
Your breath moves down into your shoulders and relaxes the muscles across the back.
You can literally feel your shoulders soften and give way just a little bit more.
The light flows down over your shoulders,
Starting to travel down each of your arms,
Relaxing,
Releasing any tension.
It flows down to your elbows,
Travels down over your wrists,
All the way to the tips of your fingers.
So your arms feel cleansed and fully relaxed,
Very heavy and comfortable.
You breathe the light down into the center of your chest.
It fills and expands your lungs.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Release any hurt or grief or pain,
Let go of that out of your heart.
Relax the muscles across your chest.
Receive the healing light and let your body be cleansed.
The light moves down into your abdomen,
Swirls around all of your energy centers,
Around all of your organs,
Cleansing and purifying.
Your tummy finally feels relaxed.
Muscles soften.
Visualize the dark energy being released,
Just blown out into the atmosphere,
Dispersing and then completely disappearing.
Watch as the light swirls around your hips and down your vertebra.
Allow the cleanse to remove any negativity from your organs,
Your hips,
Your genitals.
Imagine it's all being cleansed,
Any energy there that you don't want.
See this area of your body purified and cleansed.
Relax your back,
The top of your back,
The middle of your back,
Your lower back.
Take a big deep breath in all the way down into your thighs.
Allow the muscles in your legs to soften and let go.
Watch it swirl around your knees,
Down into your calves,
Even deeper down into your ankles.
Feel it flowing all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Allow this feeling of being purified and cleansed and completely relaxed to travel throughout your whole being.
From the top of your head,
All the way down to the base of your feet.
You're relaxed.
You're very,
Very comfortable.
You're not carrying anything that no longer serves you.
You have the ability and the knowing to cleanse your entire being with your breath whenever you desire.
Now it's time to fully let go and rest.
Allow your purified body to sink just a little bit deeper into your bed.
Surrender into a flow of relaxation trickling through all of your muscles,
All of your bones.
Surrender and let go.
Just be in this moment.
The only thing that you need to be aware of is how good you feel right now in this moment.
Just sleep.
