Let's sit down and do this cleansing,
Protecting,
Overall,
Releasing meditation with our breath.
First of all,
It's really important to start to associate your breath as being one of the most important things that you have.
Breath is boss.
Breath is everything.
It carries prana.
It's your life force.
Metaphorically,
It has so many meanings.
So let's use the breath and the power of the breath in this meditation to put you into your power.
So you feel the power that you're creating with your breath.
So you can protect yourself,
If needs be.
The meditation that we're going to do doesn't take very long and it's something that you can do daily so that you feel like you're putting on your favorite cardigan and everything is good in the world.
It's that kind of meditation.
You can use it as a preventative.
You can use it as an emergency tool.
Or you can just do it daily as part of your daily practice.
So sit up nice and straight and close down your eyes.
Start to get in touch with your body and where you're at in this moment.
How does your body feel?
What's happening inside of you?
Just assess whether you feel any aches or pains,
Any discomfort anywhere in your body.
You're not trying to fix anything in this moment.
You're just observing the overall feeling of your energy and your physical body.
Once you feel like you've zoomed over everything,
Just quickly,
Routinely,
Nothing too intense,
Then pull your attention to your breathing.
Be aware of your normal breathing pattern.
First of all,
Sit quietly and still and feel into the way that you're breathing.
Consciously slow your breathing down.
Do this by taking longer,
Slower breaths.
Deepen your breath so it goes all the way down to the base of your tummy.
Notice how your body starts to feel calmer by slowing your breathing down.
Now that your body has fallen into a comfortable,
Nice,
Slow pace of breathing,
We're going to introduce your visualization,
Your inner sight,
Increasing the power of your breath by connecting another sense to your breathing.
Visualize there in front of your face a big ball of white light.
In this meditation,
The white light signifies purification.
It has the ability to cleanse and purify your body,
Your physical body and your energetic body.
The white light also protects,
Protects from any outside energies,
Any negative energies,
Any low vibrational frequencies.
So the ball of white light there in front of you cleanses,
Purifies and protects.
The next time you breathe in through your nose,
I'd like you to start to imagine that you're breathing in the white light into your nose,
Into your face.
Watch in your mind's eye as the white light comes in and circulates around your eyes,
Your nose.
See the white light moving into the back of your head,
The top of your head.
And as the white light is breathed into your being,
Everything it comes into contact with,
It's starting to cleanse and purify.
Cleaning out all of those old negative thought patterns,
Dissolving away any negative energy that's inside of your body.
It's like you have your very own washing machine and you are controlling it with your breathing.
Pull the white light in through your nose down into your throat.
See it circulating around your throat chakra.
It's already circulated around your crown chakra and your third eye.
See it now in your throat,
Cleansing,
Purifying.
See the white light in your words,
The things that you choose to say.
Pull the white light down into your shoulders,
Purifying,
Cleansing.
Let the white light wash off any burdens that you're carrying around your shoulders and the back of your neck,
Any weight that doesn't serve you.
Breathe the white light down into your arms,
All the way down into your hands,
Cleansing and purifying all the actions that you do with your hands.
Bring in the light into all the actions that you do from now on with your hands.
See the white light flowing down into your chest,
Your lungs,
Your heart.
In your mind's eye,
Watch as the white light swirls around and through,
Over and under,
All around your physical heart and also your heart chakra,
The center of your being.
Let the white light cleanse and purify anything that needs to be released in this part of your body.
See your heart filled with light.
See your heart protected by light.
Breathe down into your abdomen.
Let the light circulate around your solar plexus,
Your sacral.
Nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Bring in the light into your belly.
Breathing the light down deep into your lower abdomen,
Cleansing and purifying everything that's not needed.
Dissolving away all negativity,
Anything dark.
Breathe the light down into your hips,
Down into your genitals.
Let it cleanse and purify any stagnant energy that you're holding there in your body.
Breathe out and release.
Breathe in and cleanse.
Purify and protect.
Take your breath down deep into your legs.
Let it travel all the way down to your feet.
Clearing anything old and stagnant from your path.
Bringing in light.
Bringing in protection in your way forward.
See in your mind's eye that your entire body,
Every cell,
Every bone,
Muscle,
Every organ,
Ligament,
Tendon,
Every aspect of your entire physical body is covered and cleansed with this white light.
Know that every aspect of your energetical being is drenched in the white light.
So your entire body is cleansed and purified,
But you're also completely in this white light of protection.
Protection from negativity,
From anything,
No vibration.
Protected from unwanted energies and entities.
Know that while you sense and see your being surrounded and dipped in white light,
You have that energy of protection with you.
No darkness can penetrate the light.
You can open your eyes whenever you feel comfortable.
Know that your meditation is complete.
The practice of cleansing,
Purifying and protection is complete.
