In this guided meditation we'll be taking a journey home.
Sit down or lay down in a comfortable position so that your body can relax and rest and let go.
We need to relax the mind and the body so that we can journey into a different state of consciousness and achieve our goal for this meditation.
So once you're comfortable,
Close your eyes if you haven't done so already.
By closing your eyes you're signifying to the brain that it's time to slow down.
It's time to go into a meditative state.
Slow down your breathing.
Become aware of all the different sensations that you feel initially in your body when you close your eyes.
Maybe your heartbeat.
Maybe there's a pain or discomfort in your body somewhere.
Roll over your body with your awareness and assess the different feelings.
Check in with your emotional state and just let it be what it is.
Don't try and adjust or change anything.
Just be authentic in this moment.
Soften the muscles in your face.
Relax your eyes in the space across your forehead.
Your cheeks.
Your jawline.
Soften the muscles across your chest and let your shoulders fall deeper.
Relax your abdomen.
Keep your spine straight if you're seated so you can allow the flow of consciousness to travel through your spine.
Breathe some relaxation into the muscles in your legs.
And see each one of your toes falling into a state of relaxation.
Take a breath in and when you breathe out allow your whole being to soften and drop.
As if you're falling into a different level of energy.
A different state of awareness that's deeper and more connected to all that is.
In your mind's eye see yourself laying outside on the ground.
It's nighttime.
The sky is very clear so that you can see all the different stars.
So many stars.
Notice different patterns.
It's a full moon so the moonlight's shining down on your face.
Caressing your body.
Tune in.
You notice a very subtle vibration in the tips of your fingers.
Your energy.
Your magic starting to activate the moon's light.
Taking long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
As you gaze at the stars in the sky.
Take a few breaths and breathe some energy into your crown chakra.
Imagine as you breathe in the energy from the moonlight and the night sky starts to penetrate in through your nose.
Up through your face to the top of your head.
Activating.
Awakening your crown.
And as you breathe out let your body sink deeper every time.
As if you're surrendering into this energy exchange.
Breathing in up to your crown.
See your crown starting to open and activate in your mind's eye.
Raising your vibration.
Changing the energy that's flowing through your body.
Breathing in.
Opening and expanding.
Breathing out.
Relaxing deeper and deeper.
Breathing in.
Feeling the vibration in your fingers stronger now.
It feels like your whole body is starting to tingle and activate with the energy of the moon.
And breathing out and releasing,
Surrendering,
Falling into this new vibration.
See in your mind your vibration getting lighter and lighter,
Faster and faster,
Clearer and clearer.
As your crown opens,
Starting to open up to the night sky and all of those different stars.
Allow your focus,
Your point of attention with your eyes to start to find a star that draws your attention more than the others.
Maybe it's a particular star system that you can see.
Maybe it's just the tiniest,
Smallest little star in the sky.
Or maybe there's a flashing bright big star that's calling your name.
Just breathe and soften and relax and let your attention take you to one of those stars that's calling your name.
You may drift off and then back to that star.
You may get pulled into a different star but then find yourself pulled back to that original star.
If you keep getting pulled back to a particular place in the sky,
Then that's the place you should focus on.
Start to breathe into that star that you see as if your body and your energy is sinking into the frequency of that star.
Find a pace with your breathing like a song that you're singing to each other.
Now set your intention.
Open your heart chakra like a door in the middle of your chest.
Open your heart.
Raise your vibration even more.
And set the intention that this star is my place of home.
This star that's calling to me once was my home.
This star matches the frequency inside of me that is currently in this moment waking up.
Take your focus to the crown.
Really open up your crown visually and energetically so that you're creating this funnel of light coming from your crown chakra beaming through the sky as if it's beaming towards that star.
A pathway of consciousness for you to journey on.
See your conscious light connecting to the light of that star like a silver cord running through the sky.
You're plugged in.
You're fully connected.
Now breathe deeper into your heart chakra and open up to this vibration.
Feel your body vibrating lighter and lighter.
In your mind know that your cells are transmuting and changing.
Structure of your DNA is shifting and manipulating and changing.
You're aligning your energetic body with the vibration of this star system that once was your home.
Vibrating higher and higher you start to feel as if your body is floating up off the surface where you were laying.
Imagine you're starting to travel through that beam of light connecting your crown to the star.
Floating higher and higher getting closer and closer.
Know that once you're there you will take no thought.
You will see what you need to see and experience what you need to experience.
No assessing,
No judging.
Just allow your mind and your consciousness to align.
Be open to seeing fellow beings from this star system.
Notice the land,
The place.
Notice your surroundings.
Notice your energy's vibration,
How you hold yourself when you get there.
Experience just having the experience and don't put anything on it.
Whatever it is,
It is.
And so it is.
You're going to stay on this star for as long as you need to.
And then when you feel it's time to come back,
You'll open your eyes and find yourself in your current human reality.
